This is among the hardly any eateries you will discover at Legazpi City's LCC Mall. It offers a limited collection of foods, but the types we attempted (ramen, gioza, and siomai) tasted great. Service was quite gradual (maybe due to the few staff they will have)and the accessible seats as well. The purchase price was okay. Overall, this place is wonderful for a straightforward and affordable flavor of Japanese food.
