This is my second time at Café Museo in Bacolod. I really like places which are non-chain dining places and where foods is prepared carefully and passion. Actually those will be the only ones I'm willing to review since they really gained it. And thislittle gem suits right into that group. Seating will be prompt and the decoration sparse, however the higher ceiling creates a fascinating feel nevertheless. There have been only two staff that are also prepared the meals. Yet, that didn't really appear to delay anything because the place is little with restricted seating. From my desk I could observe how cautiously each plate has been decorated. The taste had been excellent. Prices are a little bit higher, but that's a lot more than compensated by the product quality offered. Support was very friendly - individuals take ownership, you can sense it. Café Museo’s menus features many not common items, so it's a pleasure to test some new tastes. I also like this they use a few of Negros native food items. I am likely to be back again for greater than a third time!
