PDKSP is really a bar which has morphed from the initial Paddles Up Cafe; a cafe set-up by a few of the islands dragonboat associates. Located reverse the Immigration Center, they will have moved just nearby in to a more substantial, purpose built premises. What's greatabout Smoke PDKSP? 1.
