It was not the 1st time for me personally to dine in this cafe, I still tried their branch in Tagaytay. I came across the prior dining experience okay. But last weekend break, it was much less great. We waited too much time for a desk to end up being givento us, I really do understand that these were still complete but at the very least we should have already been allowed to provide our orders beforehand so that period will never be wasted. When we lastly had the desk, we ordered and program of meals took soooo long. Furthermore, foods served were kinda not the same as my previous dining. Seafood had been overcooked and tasted bland. vegetables had not been tthat great either etc. Actually the settlement of expenses took long.

My officemate raved concerning the Ube halo-halo of Kuya J. When I visited SM Southmall, following a quick lunch time I made a decision to drop by and also have a taste of these halo-halo. The only distinction is definitely that the ice is constructed of milk soit will not melt quickly. It has a slim slice of leche flan and ube but hardly any halo-halo ingredients. Only price P109 VAT inclusive. I still choose the creamy flavor of Mang Inasal halo-halo.

The final time we ate at Kuya J's at the SM BF Mall we truly enjoyed our food. But this time around we were a little dissatisfied! The Crispy Tadyang has been super challenging. The Garlic rice had been wet also it seemed that they simply positioned thegarlic and buttered the rice. The Crispy Shrimp didn't taste as good so when crispy. Even though Ginataang Mongo was great it had an excessive amount of coconut milk and has been overwhelming. I must commend the supervisor who saw our problem with the difficult tadyang that she provided us a free of charge leche flan. It had been a very great gesture that produced me opt to give it another attempt.

When I came directly into this resto, I've tried the Ube Halo-halo. I had been shocked because for the price tag on it, its not too bad. The serving was therefore big. It could shared by 2 to 4 persons to fulfill the craving. The icewas just like a sherbet, it certainly melts in the mouth area. It includes a limited ingredients exactly like in razons. The ube taste of it creates the difference.

we went designed for their halo-halo. while there, among us purchased the pansit palabok because another desk ordered it also it looked good. both were disappointing. it isn't they weren't delicious. however the halo-halo was made out of macapuno sherbet, while we had been expectingthe conventional ice shavings. the pansit palabok has been tasteless, because we had been expecting some crushed chicharon at the top.

This Filipino restaurant I consider among the best when i missed a few of the nearby cuisines and found it here sufficient reason for authentic taste. I really like the area, the crew are very comfortable and the food is the better. The Crispy patais the very best and I also just like the Ube Halo halo appears new for me. I would recommend this reataurant. Arrive and taste on your own 👍👍

Filipino Food with hook twist in flavor and presentation. Comfort foods once you stroll in the mall and all of a sudden miss your lolas house cooked heavy meal.

Visited May 16, 2018 Went there merely to attempt their different sort of Halo-halo. The ube has already been infused in the ice itself. I dunno how they achieved it and I didn't bother to request probably because it's their industry secret. Truthfully it's like eatingice lotion. T'was good, I could deny that. Sad component had been the waiter didn't bother to provide napkins. Smh.

I am meaning to dine right here as family and friends have recommended it often. You can say that the meals is unremarkable in comparison to others. However, great deal of thought is among the many franchise restaurants, they will have clearly ensured that the cooking food atleast in this franchise is usually top notch. My children ordered the poultry halang halang, crispy pata, new lumpia, danggit fried rice and, needless to say, the halo halo. Their crispy pata is among the better ones on the market and the poultry halang halang was tasty. Was not as well impressed with the new lumpia though. The stick out was, needless to say, the halo halo (specially the ube one). Each Filipino eating place will have their personal take of this traditional filipino dessert but theirs deserves its status. Many will review it with others offered elsewhere but I could confidently state that their version sticks out between the crowd. I'd keep coming back even with their restaurant simply for their halo halo.

To whom it could concern: Make sure you don’t misunderstand what I must say and I am hoping you won’t take criminal offense. I’ve not created this out of negativity but out of a desire to have improvement on your own servers’ part. First, my mom, who sometimes dines atKuya J, commented your servers will always be unaccommodating, frequently appearing tired. Yesterday, she brought us all to your Southmall eating place to consume lunch. I asked among your servers for drinking water THRICE. The second period I asked for this, among your servers place his palm up in a “wait around” gesture, as though to shut me up. I worked well as a waitress before and our supervisor warned us that it had been a rude gesture towards a person requesting something. 2nd, our orders took longer. The drink I purchased, a mango shake, has been served by the end of our meals, whenever we were already beginning on our dessert. Also preparing our takeout required long. 3rd, they don’t excuse themselves when environment dishes on our desk or when retrieving empty types. Lastly, I gave the cashier a tip. I believe she was the main one who got our orders and the main one who handled our costs. She viewed me as if I was something uncomfortable in the bottom of her shoe rather than instantly thanking me. I regretted tipping her afterwards. Please take notice: In those days, there weren’t lots of people inside your Southmall cafe. And there have been several servers. Thank you quite definitely for the attention. Godspeed.
