Giligan's Restaurant Sipag Villar C5 ext. I've wanted to attempt their sisig for the longest period, but every time We go, it certainly is jam loaded! I figured it is a good indication of good food in case a resto is always complete, but I didn't need towait around for a desk, so I went on a Monday following a payday weekend to ensure I'll be seated rapidly. I was ideal, there have been just three occupied tables when I acquired there. Unfortunately, there is also probably less employees working that time. Nobody has been at the entranceway greeting new customers. No-one at the front end desk/bar was watching me when I halted there, therefore i had to visit the dining region and inform a server that I'd require a desk. He had to inform another person before I had been seated. But I has been there for the meals, so it is all good. I actually had the Giligan's sizzling sisig and cheese sticks. The cheese sticks had been lovely, served hot sufficient reason for a bit of natural pepper inside, so that it tastes a little like dynamite sticks. Loved it. The sizzling sisig though, when it had been served, was neither sizzling nor even remotely hot. It had some type of whitish sauce and natural stuff (items of pepper or leeks? I'm uncertain). Anyway, it had been disappointing. It must not be called sizzling whether it's served chilly. I'd remotely understand if it had been a crazy busy evening, but it wasn't. Therefore I need to put that right down to poor assistance. Furthermore, I had to deliver back a helping of rice because there is a bit of hair embedded inside it. Demonstrated it to the supervisor, he replaced it having an apology. And nothing at all else. Not an improve to garlic rice or perhaps a cup of iced tea. However, I wasn't really searching for it. I had been just there to use the sisig. It's horrible. I've had much better sisig from the makati jollyjeep! Definitely won't keep coming back.
