For me, a burger stand out because of its patty. Second, was the sauce. Third, the condiments. Their patty was a similarly "high end" version of Angel's burger. Nothing noteworthy, nakakaumay to be honest. The bread used easily flaked. Servings were huge, yes. Fries and nachos were a so-so. Is it worth the price? Not really, considering there are way cheaper underrated burgers out there that tastes better. I was so disappointed with the patty.

It has been a long time since the last time I went to Zarks. Still the same, big burgers yet a bit pricey. The taste was also the same. They were delicious! I am very sure that these burgers can make you really full.I just didn't like the plates we used last time. Not because they were simple but because they were a bit damaged. The place isn't that big but if you're willing to wait, then you will have a good seat. My glass of blue lemonade had an insect on it but I didn't complain about it. I just requested for a new one. Good thing, the manager changed it. She was really nice and apologized sincerely. All the staffs were really responsible too.Perfect for those who want to try big and delicious burgers 😉 I would love to come back again.

Great food. Delicious and mouth watering. For the chicken fingers I think it's a little bit too sweet but it's yummy. You will easily get full because of the servings. 😄

Ate here during a Sunday lunch rush and, understandibly, the place was full. No problems there again since a Sunday Lunch rush is probably one of the busiest shifts in any popular restaurant, specially one that is located at a mall that is a famous family destination during a Sunday. The problem was just how under-staffed the place was during that time; there wasn't even a front if the house that can take reservations or, in my case, welcome me to the place and hand me the menu. I got myself seated fairly quickly and one thing I noticed about most of the staff was that they were white shirts, trainees. I have no beef with that but considering the time, if I was running the place, I would put my best people to handle the shift. I ordered the Luther Burger with the fries and drink add-on. The burger was great and came out fairly quickly but my iced tea came at a great delay. I had to call the attention of the service staff a couple of times before I got my beverage. I also found it weird that my drink wasn't served first, as with my previous experience not only with this establishment but also with other restaurants. Again this may be the result of having a full-house and a staff mostly trainees, but something, I believe, as basic as serving the customers' beverage or even water as soon as they ordered it, or at least serving it minutes before the food is served is one consistent thing I experience when eating out and that includes saturday nights and sunday lunches. I would have had given a higher rating since the food was good, but I was really disappointed on how long it took to get a drink.

I've visited a few branches of Zark's many times over the past 2 years. I have to say that the standard of the burger patty quality has somewhat gone downhill since my first few visits. It’s just lacking a bit of seasoning over some of the other leading burger joints in my opinion.

This Zark's Burgers branch has good service. The staff are friendly and will always tend to your needs with a smile. The only thing I didn't like much is their food :( I thought the burgers here would be fantastic but it was just average. I'd rate the crew service 4/5

in their southwoods mall branch, our food has a live insect but was immediately replaced by the apologetic crew. i will not recommend their cheesy meat pasta. there were flies inside the store and store was hot.

Tried the Zark’s ultimate and Deep fried bacon wrapped burger and it is a bomb! Hahah! Eat at youre own risk. Taste - 4/5Price - 4/5Ambience - 5/5Blue Lemonade is also good.

Zarks has been a staple burger place for those looking to find affordable hamburger meals. In every visit to a burger joint, we always get a cheeseburger, fries and coke combo. Size of the burger is good at the price and they serve a generous amount of fries. While the beef patty is meaty, I can tell that its not exactly all beef and probably has some extenders. Service was goof though, and the price is really a big factor with the quality of the meat.

Food tastes fine and serving time is also okay. You can see that this place is a go-to venue of couples and families who just want to chomp on big burgers. Place is quite small for the volume and noticeable flow of diners.
