Ate here during a Sunday lunch rush and, understandibly, the place was full. No problems there again since a Sunday Lunch rush is probably one of the busiest shifts in any popular restaurant, specially one that is located at a mall that is a famous family destination during a Sunday. The problem was just how under-staffed the place was during that time; there wasn't even a front if the house that can take reservations or, in my case, welcome me to the place and hand me the menu. I got myself seated fairly quickly and one thing I noticed about most of the staff was that they were white shirts, trainees. I have no beef with that but considering the time, if I was running the place, I would put my best people to handle the shift. I ordered the Luther Burger with the fries and drink add-on. The burger was great and came out fairly quickly but my iced tea came at a great delay. I had to call the attention of the service staff a couple of times before I got my beverage. I also found it weird that my drink wasn't served first, as with my previous experience not only with this establishment but also with other restaurants. Again this may be the result of having a full-house and a staff mostly trainees, but something, I believe, as basic as serving the customers' beverage or even water as soon as they ordered it, or at least serving it minutes before the food is served is one consistent thing I experience when eating out and that includes saturday nights and sunday lunches. I would have had given a higher rating since the food was good, but I was really disappointed on how long it took to get a drink.

I've visited a few branches of Zark's many times over the past 2 years. I have to say that the standard of the burger patty quality has somewhat gone downhill since my first few visits. It’s just lacking a bit of seasoning over some of the other leading burger joints in my opinion.
