90 minute waiting time for pasta. Waiters kept asking if we had ordered it. By the time it arrived, we had finished our salad and pizza, it was past 12 midnight and the whole place was deserted. They admitted our order was overlooked, no kidding. Manager came to apologize and had the audacity to negotiate with us a 10% discount OR gelato for wasting our time. Didn't bother and just paid for what we had eaten since we had lost our appetite. He then proceeded to follow up with excuses like they haven't eaten yet and the kitchen lost our order slip. Even asked us if we had eaten from the pasta, maybe they were still planning to charge us if we did?Really was looking forward to this place but it's impossible to recommend, not because of the food, but of the poor service and even poorer handling of the complaint. Valentine's is not an excuse to have substandard service.

Disappointing Valentine's dinner. We had to wait for 1.5 hours for our order of pasta, which apparently they've forgotten. The servers have asked us several times if we ordered pasta; we said yes and to follow it up with their kitchen.What's disappointing was how the manager handled our complaint - asking us if 10% discount is enough, if we'd like a gelato, etc. Decided to just end the night, and pay our bill without the pasta.

Very hidden, so if you're not from the area it might be hard to find! My family and I super enjoyed the pizza. The four cheese one was very good! The ambiance was nice too! It was just a bit too quirky for me that it was a barefoot restaurant. Also I was just okay with the pesto pasta. BUT PIZZA WAS DELICIOUS!!!

An Italian beach themed experienced in the city here at Altrove BF homes.Blogged about this last February 4, and I still could remember the experience I had in here. Taking your shoes off before going inside. The interior has a spacious, cozy and relaxing ambiance. The Pizza that we had was Quattro Formaggi, Pancetta Con Tartufo. The staff are very accommodating and friendly! The place has a nice interior too and I like how there was someone who’s playing the piano while we eat — Adds up to the vibe. Overall a very nice experience ❤️
