Triple Decker Cheesecake ang paborito kong binibili sa Coffee Bean. Halos nakakabitin pa nga ang isang slice lang dahil sa creaminess nito samantalang hindi naman nakakaumay ang tamis. Hindi rin ako halos bumibili ng inumin dito. Mas mahal at mas natatamisan kasi ako sa kape nila kumpara sa Starbucks. Ang aliwalas at komportable naman ng lugar. Masayang magtrabaho rito dahil sa kanilang sariling internet. Bonus pa dahil abot pati ang free wifi ng SM Southmall. Kaso nga lang, iyong magagandang lamesang pangmaramihan na nasa pinakalikod ay hindi masyadong inaabot ng internet.

Visited South Mall; ordered two brewed coffee, two Espresso Chocolate Muffins and One Blueberry Cheesecake. The coffee was average, acceptable but nothing special, my wife reports the cheesecake was Great, but the muffins not so much, they were dry, underwhelming.....staff was friendly and accommodating...restaurant was clean and well maintained, including the CR.

I was expecting Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Southmall branch to be a Little more peaceful than most branches, but i was wrong it can get a bit to crowded even on Week day afternoons. The baristas are friendly but took time punching in my order, i think it was the Ice Blended Voucher i had with me. They were not familiar on how to enter it on the POS, i was even asked where I got it. I dont think it would have made any difference where I received it, but told her it was from their Marketing Department. Asked for Double Chocolate Ice Blended. It was so good. Refreshing for these trying summer times. Recommended. Dont forget to use your swirl card for points if you have it.

Just like all the CBTL branches I have grown accustomed to, this place is fit for reviewing for exams, hanging out with your friends during a rainy afternoon, or just bonding with your family. This branch is spacious, well-lit, and cozy, setting it apart from other coffee places within SM Southmall. I have tried their tomato and herb linguine, their fresh brew, the matcha green tea, and all of their vanilla items (I go to this branch quite often in the past few months). Their pasta is quite tasty, although it has the microwave aftertaste to it, and their coffee has always been sweeter than the normal. If you are looking for a place to create artworks, read books, type transcripts, bond with love ones or meet with people and chat for a long period of time, this is the place to be.

While waiting for my sister to have a quick lunch. I first went to coffee bean for some chai tea latte. They have the best one compared to other coffee shops. I also added some auro chocolate, the best local chocolate available. The ambiance in all coffee bean branches are actually the same. Their chai tea was creamy and had a strong flavor. A nice place to work or study especially when you have a swirl card.
