My kids favorite pizza restaurant. They also come for the creamy milk shakes and tasty mojos. The thin crust pizza is always a winner with them too. Time to time they have group meal promos which is teuly value for your money.

the service here is great, its always crowded especially weekends, its a great family place, they have great pizzas, managers and the friday special, the chicken n the all time favorite mojos and the hero sandwich. good job shakeys

I always love their Angus Steakhouse!! Perfect crisp and generous toppings. We ordered the seafood chowder which is creamy but few seafood. Meatball spaggheti tasted very good too. I can taste the pork and cooked just right. Not overdone.

Shakey's one of the favorite pizzas of the Filipino. For lunch today we got take out from this branch. Both pizzas were excellent, full of toppings and crisp. We had the Belly Buster and the Hawaiian.

If you want to get your junk food fix then this is the ultimate place to go! From onion rings to salads, pizza yo chicken wings and pasta! All unbelievably more-ish and yummy! A great place to bring the whole family as they have family meal deals which include A LOT of items!

First and foremost, this particular branch was our favorite ever since I was little.. But recently, for consecutive visits on this branch we experience a CRAPPY SERVICE. So just today (May 15,2018) we went to Shakey’s to eat dinner. One of our orders was captain’s choice. After around 10 mins, we were approached by one of the waiters that the fish was not available and instead he offered us the buffalo wings. So we said, we will just cancel the captain’s choice order. Then, after a few minutes the waiter approached us again and asked if we are willing to wait for another 20-25 mins for the fish and ofcourse we said that we are willing to wait. That kind of behavior... is that acceptable?? In the first place, they should’ve asked us if we are willing to wait..Okay so after we ate, we have left overs and asked the manager to wrap it up.. My mistake is that I wasn’t able to check the paperbag handed to us if it’s complete. As soon as we got home, I checked if the paperbag and I realized that the mojos and the chicken were not included. So we were really pissed with the this kind of experience with SM SOUTHMALL BRANCH. I HOPE THE MANAGEMENT CALLS THE ATTENTION OF THE SERVICE CREW ORPEOPLE IN THAT BRANCH. Also, the waiters/waittreses were not really that accommodating.

This has been our family's go-to dinner place, with almost any occasions, for several years. What happened to the service here? Last year, we ate here for my mom's birthday and ordered our favorite Captain's Choice. They didn't have the fish so we just cancelled the order right away because we thought many people have ordered kaya naubos. Ngayon naman we ordered ulit the same dish. After preparing for the plates as in ilang minutes pa bago sabihin na ubos na ang fish so cancel or palitan ng wings and fries. So sinabi namin cancel na. Then after a short while he apologized and said, "sorry po kasi matatagalan pa tayo sa fish kasi wala na po. 25 minutes pa po kasi." (Not the exact same words but it sounds like it) Is that a coincedence last time na wala ng captain's choice or are they just lazy to defrost the fish? They should have asked us if we were willing to wait in the first place because we really were! Another complaint we had is about the receipt, which is really weird, we handed 2,600php tapos nakalagay lang sa resibo is 2500. Di pa nila ibibigay yung kulang na sukli kung di sasabihin. Lastly, tinake out namin yung left overs like mojos, chicken, fries and pizzas. We weren't able to check the paper bag pero fries and pizza lang ang binigay samin sa tinake out which really made us mad. I just don't know what happened to their service here. Super duper satisfied pako sa dating service but right after dining here today, this is by far the worst service I experienced from this branch, honestly. I'm really disappointed.

Good food, great ambiance, service was okay. I believe it was a weekend and it was jampacked that is why the crew was so busy. But other than that everything was good.

Lemon Cucumber Cooler is cool! Haha! Seriously its refreshing. Seafood marinara is my favorite. Nothing much to say here, i think 50% of the Filipino people knows how the food here tastes like. Pizza's are affordable. Staff are polite.
