Couple of months ago, I bought a voucher from Deal Grocer. This was to try Milk Teas. I am really curious how it tastes. Despite the breaking news of a lady and the owner of the milk tea who died by drinking the milk teas, I still wanted to give them a try. I never get the chance to use the voucher until last weekend after we brought Jami to his pedia.

They should ensure that all sinkers are available, especially if they have promos. Had to wait 30 mins just to get tapioca pearls. As a customer, and as someone whose line of business is in customer service, you need to make sure that you have more than enough ready-to-serve supplies so that the customers do not need to wait. You will lose your customers' loyalty that way.

Having a milk tea craving for the holy week so we headed to Serenitea. We ordered the hokkaido milk tea with panna cota and pearls, and the wintermelon with pearls. The taste of the milk tea is still consistent but somehow the pannacota had a thicker texture that would barely pass thru the straw. It was strange and not how it usually tastes. The wintermelon was still good and spot on. Not sure why this branch was different.
