Last Saturday, 5 of us had a late lunch. The griller wouldn't start. So the waiter tilted the grill so the stove will work. That caused all the oil and fat to drip to the flame which eventually caught fire.Minutes later 1 waiter came to remove the meat being grilled and dumped them on the table without saying anything to us. I was shocked to see what he did. They knew the fire was getting bigger under the grill but they left us seated in our table without saying anything. We noticed seconds later that the flame under the grill was getting bigger and became 2 feet high. The LPG underneath was on fire, smoke was getting thick. Some of the diners ran out. Although they were able to contain it I realized (1) none of them were trained to handle fire, life, safety. A waiter threw water into the grill that made the fire even higher. The other waiters threw their wet rags into the grill that fueled it even more. (2) didn't know how to handle guests during times like this. They did not say anything to us at all while this was happening. We were left pretty much on our own. (3) where was the manager while this was going on? (4) none from this restaurant did any form of recovery. NONE was concerned on how we were. We even paid full what we barely ate. (5) the sprinkler systems and alarm did not work considering the smoke that filled the room (6) they obviously don't maintain their stoves considering this is a DIY grill restaurant.I wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone because of the absence of fire life safety process and their lack of concern for their customers.

Update! I appreciate the branch's improvement after a year. But I still wish the salmon sashimi and sushi were better hahaha. I celebrated my birthday here and unlike last year na mejo di ko na vibe yung staff, this time they're friendly and accommodating. Definitely enjoyed dining here this time. 💖

Sambo is love! for someone like me who loves buffet and love japanese and korean food this resto is so perfect. It’s like you’ve met your first love and your one true love at the same time. I could never ask for a better place to chow down great variety of food but here. It may be quite pricey but who cares they serve good food. 😆

Place- Bigger than i thought. Spacious. Ambiance was ok. Very neat naman. Food- haven’t tried all the available menu yet but so far so good. The staff needs to check on their Tempura Shrimps , as they need to filled that up quickly because it is one of the faves. I passed on that station for 3 times and it’s empty. Same thing with Avocado Ice Cream. Bill- we waited 30 mins to receive the card and receipt (mode of payment is credit card). What i like is they have birthday treat and cake for the celebrant. And it is free even if you only have one paying adult unlike other buffet restos.

My favorite eat-all-you-can place! It’s worth the price! The food is good and the servers are accommodating and attentive! Chocolate fondue fountain is the best! Will definitely come back again!
