Waitress are accommodating. Ordered a well-done T-bone steak however when I reached the end where the bone is, some areas is still not cooked. But its still Good. Will bring some of my friends here. The free Wi-Fi is not working properly. :-( You need to ask for official receipt.

Taste was okay. The steak was a bit tough but taste is still good. Prices are not too pricey, not too expensive. Nice ambiance in the resto. But the service so poor. The waiters and waitresses do not pay attention and are not properly trained. We asked, 'Ano yung liempo bagoong?' to which the guy replies, 'Liempo po na may bagoong.' (Okay, that was helpful). We asked for rootbeer, and they served rootbeer float. We asked for well done steaks and we got steaks that were still bloody. It took a while (maybe 15 minutes) for the food to be served. They only thing they did right was when we ordered SMB's flavored beer and they didn't have it, and they suggested Mule Smirn Off which was good. It went well with the steak.

NOPE.At first i was so excited to try this resto cause it looked really nice and a good place to chill. The place is easy to find but it has limited parking slots.The area is large. The decor looked cool and chill but the place isn't well ventilated. Although, it was clean naman. The staff wasn't very accommodating. They were a little snob and lazy. They weren't professional. It's like they didn't undergo any training.The food was okay. The quality of the ingredients i think wasn't fresh. The plating is okay i mean it's not instagram worthy hahahaha jk. The portion is too small for the price.Not making this mistake again.

Food tastes good and doesn't cost you too much. Also the place is convenient because it's nearby. Maybe you can improve the service and the ambiance of the place

I am editing this review as my incident today with them cuts it!Customer service is so terrible! I dined in at their Casimiro branch and ordered for a Salmon Steak while my boyfriend ordered for a T-Bone steak, we also ordered for a Chef's salad. 15 minutes into waiting, the salad was served (this was a salad which could be served at an earlier time) T-Bone steak was served after 5 minutes. A minute or so, the waitress came back to advise that Salmon steak was not available.I wasted more than 20 mins waiting for nothing and all the waitress can say was sorry and that it was the kitchen's fault for not advising her at the onset. This instance could have been avoided if there was a proper communication among the staff. I asked for a supervisor apparently the waitress says she is the manager which could be worst as managers are supposed to know how to address an issue and pacify a hungry and infuriate customer yet all she did was stood there and say sorry.This is definitely one for the books for worst customer service (and food is not even that delicious) ________________________________________________________Been here a couple of times, around 3 times. First time I went here I was happy because food was okay so was the price therefore decided that this would be a new hang out/food place to go to when I do not feel like eating at home. The next visits were a bit disappointing - some (if not most) of the dishes I wanted to try that, which is in the menu, are nor available plus the service - needs proper training. I get it the prices of the food is really affordable but customer service - I think this is something establishments should really work on. While talking to your server they seem like they do not know what is in the menu.Still gave it a 3 rating though because it is a place I will go to if I want to eat out and on a budget.

Nice place.. Good service.. Nice cut of the steak.. Need to advice the cook how u want ur steak though.. The dynamites oh so yummy! :) and not that expensive!

Steak house at a nearby village. It's quite good for a T-Bone steak worth 178 pesos. Obviously, I ordered a side dish which is mashed potato and I loved it!

Affordable food, but mediocre service. The waiters always seem like they're dozing off. Their steaks are seasoned, but I don't think they know how to cook rare, medium rare, medium, etc etc, even though they ask for your preference.

Chill place where you can have a good talk with your friends while having the best T-Bone in town! Their well-done was absolutely tender with exploding flavors. Yum yum! Rapsa!

So I'm trying to call them on their number for a delivery but no ones picking up. I went there and ordered the bulalo steak but when i took a bite, it was like chewing gum. It was very hard to eat. The rice tasted good and also the gravy, but the way they cooked the meat was horrible. When we told the waitress about it, she barely bat an eye and just walked away without even addressing the situation.
