It took me for a while to write a review, but this place deserves my review and share my experience to other customers like me.Delicious and flavorful food. Cozy setup. Reasonably priced. Impressive, excellent, friendly and helpful customer service especially Rodnie, his approach and smile makes me comfortable at my seat.I can't decide which meat to eat so I ordered and enjoyed RACKS SAMPLER! I'm surprised with the taste of CORN ON THE COB, I like it! Highly recommend this place for someone interested in good quality meat and side dishes. I will definitely come back here. Thank you RACKS and the staffs hihi! 🤗

Absolutely hands down one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. Service was awesome, my food was served by Rodnie, he's efficient and very accomodating food server. Everything was really good. We got the three course meal good value and everything was very tasty.This is a 5 star place.

A very good place to eat, and to celebrate special events like birthday, the staffs are friendly specially miss Ghian👍The food is satisfying and well served👌The ambiance is relaxing although the place is quite small.All in all i have a memorable experience here at racks sm southmall branch to celebrate my daughter's 3rd birthday🎈🎊❤️🎂🎉 they sang happy birthday song for her and give her a cheese cake and ice cream 🥰😁👍

We ordered the Baby Ribs and Fish and Chips. We always order them, they’re my kids favorite. They were delicious as usual. The iced tea is great. The Strawberry Mocktail was a bit off for my liking, though my daughter liked it. And the clam chowder is another staple and favorite. Our server was great in explaining the food choices as well as the available side dishes.
