I really love Racks. Not only does it serve one of the best Pork ribs for me, it also has delicious coleslaw. My family and I went to Racks Evia to have dinner and though the crew attended to our orders, we did not feel any good customer service. They literally just took our order, checked our order (we requested this), and gave us the bill. Unlike in any other branch of Racks that I’ve been to, this branch needs to improve its customer service and add more crew 😊

We got the fish and chips blue plate, rib and chicken blue plate, and the chimichurri fried spring chicken. The southern fried chicken was really good, no fuss, just good ol' juicy, tender and tasty fried chicken. The pork rib was tender and juicy as well. The fish batter, although crispy, seemed like it had bread crumbs in it, very unusual. The spring chicken was bland and was our least favorite.We came in at 11am and were the first customers there. The staff were practicing some sort of dance production in the main dining room, so they ushered us to the enclosed dining towards the back. The music they were practicing to were so loud we can hear it in the other room even with the doors closed. It was difficult to call their attention, too, because they were all in the main dining room.But they were friendly and accommodating to requests. We ordered refillable iced tea and they already served it to us when the staff informed us the blue plates also include drinks. We asked if they can make our iced tea single serving instead since it would be too much liquid than we'd be able to handle, and they gladly did so.

5 stars will recommend. The ambiance, accommodation, and the food itself were good. Especially Arlie, who assisted us was very polite and accommodating. Pay a visit in this branch..
