Garlic Chicken has to be my favorite among the options in their menu. The sweetness of the honey and saltiness of the garlic are well balanced and it's crunchy too. The garlic bits on top add excitement to the whole eating experience. Chicken BBQ in Honey Patis tastes like a normal chicken barbecue. Pinaputok na Hito comes with unripe mango slices. Nothing special about it but at least we were able to eat almost all of its flesh since it's boneless. The shrimps in Sinigang na Hipon don't look as big as that in the menu. They are small but nonetheless the whole sinigang tastes good maybe because of the guava and pineapple in it. Ripe Mango Shake is sweet and I didn't feel any hairy texture while drinking. The area seems small on the outside but they actually have many tables and chairs all the way inside. The ambience suits both traditional and modern Filipino setting. Their staff were attentive but not very friendly. Most of them are not knowledgeable of the menu and the whereabouts of the food so they kept on passing our inquiry to someone else. The staff were also holding the plates and utensils up to where customers directly use with their bare dirty hands.

This fine dining restaurant was so spacious, recommended for big group like family and barkada. Home cooked style foods were best. Ordered variety of foods here and we can say that their kare kare was the best ordered 3 serving of kare kare and still want more. Baby butter shrimp was so good and squid with sauce so yummy. The price was all worth it for its quality.

If you’re looking for a good Pinoy resto other than Max’s or Gerry’s, Mesa’s the perfect choice. I find them affordable especially their consumable group meals.

My Family and I had our lunch just today, we chose MESA because I know my guests would love the food, which they did 😁 the staffs are amazing from the crew up to their supervisors.. As for the braised beef, I think the portioning is quite few..

My niece, who hates fish, tasted their crispy boneless hito and asked for more. Just for that I'd gladly give this place five stars. But my rating is also for the rest of their food, which gives new twists to Filipino dishes, making it unlikely for most people to say, "Why eat here when we can just cook this at home."

FOOD QUALITY: we ordered:Baby squid in olive oil: flavor was light but delightful!Sigarilyas: super sakto yung timpla, it's not too strong, just right!Baked scallops: my favorite out of all! So buttery and yummy! But hubby said it could've been more jucier and sweeter if it wasn't over cooked.AMBIANCE: 4/5 nice interior and lots of tables to choose fromCLEANLINESS: 4/5 they clean up tables fast so the place looks clean but they have to work a lil bit with their bathroom.WORTH FOR MONEY: 5/5 paid around 800+ for 3 dishes for two. Im not complaining 😊CUSTOMER SERVICE: 3/5 i just hate how the bus boy was already cleaning up the table while we were still seated it's like he wants us to leave already despite all the available seatsWould i come back? Yesssss

We dined here last night after 2 years. Food was impressive then. Right now, i would say quality and taste have deteriorated. We ordered pomelo salad, presentation was okay but taste was off with the peanut sauce or was it coconut milk? Maybe they were thinking of trying to mimic Thai's pomelo salad. Next, we had their scallops, it was yummy. We demolished it in 5 seconds...lol. We also got baby squid in olive oil, which was my favorite way back, and i'm happy they were able to maintain the taste. However, i'm very disapointed with their boneless crispy pata, which was the most expensive. It was dry, bland and overcooked. It was like frying the same pata from day before. Price was actually fair if it was tender and tasty. We also ordered Beef and ox tripe Kare kare, which was good enough.Overall, still a good place to eat filipino food.

I always wonder why is their glass is leaning.. i thought that it was only my glass of water, but after visiting different branches of Mesa, their glass of water is indeed leaning on the side!We tried their boneless crispy pata. I still prefer the classic crispy pata because of the bone 😊A place where family can dine. Though a bit challenging during peak hours, there is a waiting game.

Visited December 16, 2017Had a wonderful family dinner at Mesa. We booked a big room with a big table on the 2nd floor. The food was great and the service was stellar. Our waiter/server was very accommodating with our requests. I didn't get his name but the guy deserves a raise. All in all t'was a pleasant experience. There was one thing we didn't really like, the music in the 2nd floor was very loud. We couldn't hear each other and we have to yell. hope you fix this.
