Surprisingly not that expensive. Looks classy from the outside but feels bare on the inside. Aside from the bird cage seating area, there's not much to their decoration and ambiance. The service was ok, I guess but not the service I was expecting. It just felt dull and maybe a little lifeless. Food was good and tasted like it was home cooked. Full review on my blog.

serving time was 30 minutes long! Comparing the tofu sisig with Ayala Malls 30th branch, I said if we can have it changed as the plate was too hot that it made the tofu burnt. I'm not a fan of burnt food. Second time serving and waiting again, it got burnt again. But Ayala Malls 30th branch wasn't like this. The only thing the same was that the waiting time was too long.

Prices are surprisingly affordable. Their ensaladang mangga and Binagoongang Baboy are recommended. The ambiance isn't bad but it could be better by being more mindful of where cleaning materials like mops are kept away from the view of dining pax.

It was the 1st time we ate at Mesa Evia Branch. After asking for recommendations from the waiter, we ordered Crispy Hito since it is my Dad's favorite dish. After waiting for our food... service was quite slow that night. We were served with crispy tilapia instead 😣To make matters worse when I calmly questioned why we were served with tilapia... the waiter rebuttled "Iyan kase order niyo" with an accusatory tone... then I said my Dad's favorite is hito so why would we order tilapia? Since it took so long for the food to arrive we didn't bother to further make a fuss about it.They offered no remorse what so ever... Haysss... it was NOT a great 1st impression. Please seriously consider improving on your customer service and an attitude adjustment won't hurt either. Most likely we won't dine again in this branch.

This was a not so good experience. Appetizers cam after the main meals were served. The tahong was not fresh. Their crispy pata, below expectations. Their shrimp in salted egg portion, super small! We'll not go here again.

Nothing special, seafood platter's sauce taste likes pork and beans. The ambiance is good and the staff are accomodating. Will think again if we will come back.

Good food but terrible service. I don't know if we were just unlucky but both times we ate here we encountered long waiting times for our food, and one of our orders was not forgotten. The food itself is tasty when it does come though so there's that. The service crew itself is friendly but they seem to be confused and pretty hectic. Hopefully they can improve the process and become more organized.

We were seated at the table inside a room with a divider. It was very hard to get their attention when we had to order additional food or even ask for the refill of the iced tea. When we ordered another Pork BBQ, we were told it would take 8-10 minutes to serve. It took them 24 minutes to do so, more than twice the time they promised.Their Mais Con Yelo was okay but it didn’t taste like there was milk in it. We had to ask for it because it was poorly prepared. The food servings were small and we felt like the taste didn’t make up for it.Most of the food we ordered was okay but there were a few standouts—Blue Marlin and Pouch Sisig. The service was slow and terrible. We’ve been to other Mesa branches before but we will probably not eat here again anytime soon just because of the service.

The place where you bring your balikbayan friend in... the place where you introduce to your foreigner friend the best of what filipino food offers! Their food has a vast variety of filipino food selection. May it be traditional or a fusion... its all worth the try! What are my faves? Hmmm... appetizer its the tinapa roll and their ensaladang manga that is in a martini glass... rice? Tinapa friend rice ftw! Main course? TMT!! A few are... sinigang na bangus belly! pinakbet with bangus belly, binagoongan... are you hungry? I bet you are! Haha! Aside from yummy food their service is top notch too!! All waiters are very accommodating and at times very quirky! All in all, Mesa in Evia is worth the visit! The ambiance is great, the food is awesome and the service is at par! Now this review made me hungry... go to go!!
