How do I rate you? The food is excellent and I will definitely go again but I am totally dreading the slow food service. We arrived and ordered appetizers. We should have listened when the waitress suggested mushroom chicharon (because it was fast). We didn't listen and as a result waited for almost an hour for the appetizers and another 30min for the main dishes. But the food is just excellent that you just accept the service as a matter of fact and go back anyway. We had the truffle pasta, vesuvio, goat cheese pizza and seafood pizza. Loved all of them. We also ordered the taberna pizza which was good but not as amazing as the others. They honored the website 2+2 on drinks even with red wine so kudos to them.

One of the best default choice of my family. This place does not disappoint. From its pastas to its pizzas, mains to desserts, Mama Lou’s will make sure you leave with a full stomach! Italian sausage pasta and the salpicao are my choices.

Before anything, the food is awesome at this place. The staff is also very friendly - except that there isn't enough of them. I brought my family of 8 for dinner. Appetizers arrived slowly one by one. Food took a very long time to arrive - the meal for the 8th person arrived after an hour (to the point where everyone was done and she was the only one left eating). We brought in a cake because it was a birthday celebration - niece had to go in and do it herself because it was taking so long. I also went in to watch while they prepare the bill because I didn't want to wait anymore so that I could pay it quickly.

I was pleasantly surprised at how amazing the food at this place was. It’s really good for families and sharing, though you can get your own dishes too. The staff were also very friendly and nice. They were helpful in recommending dishes to us since it was our first time. The pizza was so good!!!! I would highly recommend the four cheese pizza though the other ones were good too. The restaurant itself was very nice too and has a lot of seats (even though it was quite big, it was full up!) the drinks were nice too. I would also recommend the garlic shrimp. Everything was just amazing! The price was very reasonable too. I want to go back again soon!:)

Honestly I downloaded this app to warn people about this restaurant. We arrived 530pm however our food hasn't arrive after an hour 30 minutes. We started to complain then we found out that the table beside us keep getting food that's not in their order as in 5 times literally. The table on our left didn't get their food(they arrived a few mins later only like 10 mins). The customers inside the restaurant didn't get all their food since we went inside to check what's going on. The customers inside arrived 4pm according to them. Well I wouldn't know for sure but I'm sure they arrived before 530pm since we couldn't get a seat inside. The food arrived after two hours cold. In addition three pizza had a worm on it. Sorry the picture was not clear to see worm moving but you can see holes on the leave. So far I've spoken to 5 customers and they are all disappointed.
