The service wasn’t good, and there were only 2 of us lined up but it took about 15 minutes for us to finish. She had trouble putting the orders in and handling the change. Also, since the gravy isn’t refillable you’d hope they at least fill up the small bowl they give you, but she didn’t. It was only half full. The food tasted great as usual, although the other prices could be questionable.

I was pleasantly surprised when I tried Kipps. It's my first time to try it out. The chicken was hot and crispy when served with margarine rice and macaroni salad. Honestly, its similar to chicken joy just a bit more peppery. It's also better than Mcdonalds chicken. Will definitely keep this in mind when I'm in Sm southmall.

I've been meaning to try this ever since I've seen a post in instagram mentioning it's good. True to that, the chicken was cooked well, flavorful and juicy. For its price, it's definitely value for money. Definitely will have more of this.

This fried chicken shop never really took off unlike its competitors, but Kipp's Chicken certainly built a cult following that has sustained the business for decades. There used to be more food court branches in the past. The ones left are found in SM Southmall and SM Megamall which is a right balance to accommodate the crowds from both parts of the Metro. I love their Thrift Pack since it has a wing and rib part. The Spanish rice is nothing more than achuete colored fried rice. The gravy is great, it compliments the already flavorful fried chicken. The skin is crispy but delicately crunchy. Flavorful even the inside. The macaroni salad, you can skip. It lacks taste even if it is swimming in mayonnaise. Recommended.

I was so hyped up about finally being able to try Kipp's after hearing it was the best fried chicken around but at the same time curious as to why, if it really is the best fried chicken around, it hasn't taken off. And after I've tried it, I guess because taste is relative, there are those who really believe that it is the best while there are those who don't.Yes, I believe their chicken tastes good. But, I've definitely had better.

This is one of a few stores inside food court of SM Southmall with less people queuing up even during peak hours.  I tried their chicken, taste ordinary- has more breading, meat not so juicy,  Spaghetti is quite okay little similar to tropical hut.

One of the best fried chicken's out there. Try their thriftpack with extra spanish rice and your all fueled up for the day. Must try for everyone who wants to try fried chicken with a different twist.

Kipps is one of the best chickens in town! I was surprised that it was so scrumptious. You wont regret eating here especially because its so affordable!

"Never fails to satisfy my appetite"Visited: January 07, 2017Been eating there since 1996, college days. Back when the SM foodcourt was in the ground floor. T'was very afordable and still up to this day. You can deny that their chicken is good and also their gravy. I recently introduced kipp's to my family and they loved it. Once a month we eat there.

There's just something in their chicken or gravy that I love so much! Even if they are only located in SM's food court, this is where I always want to eat if I crave for chicken. Been eating here since 2001 and it still got the same taste. 2-pc chicken java rice and extra gravy FTW!!
