Kenny Roger's sadly has sunk so low. Perchance maybe only in this particular branch. I remember the days when you spoke of Kenny you spoke of quality. Which this branch showed none. First and foremost the cushion seats were worn and torn. The layout of the chairs and seats, did not make sense and made for one uncomfortable dinning experience. Of course before seating down to enjoy your ribs w/ your bare hands Gita clean up. Bathroom was a disaster, no decent soap to boot. Food was more and the same, thou the portions are seriously getting smaller. I know that times are changing and things are getting a bit more expensive. Would rather have them increase the price a bit and keep the same quality. There was only one person that impressed me when it comes to service, no surprise the manager. Which is the reason why I am giving least two stars. Know how to do damage control and make sure the customer gets what they deserve. Fast to react and happy to serve your every needs with a smile. Other staff was either too slow, deaf or plain got your order wrong which they did. Not to mention I think they are really losing money and scrimping up. When we asked for water there was only a few cubes inside a jug of water. When we asked for utensils they gave platinum utensils, I was like seriously. Final verdict - stay away from this place go down to the ground floor to Racks and experience a better time eating ribs. Better service, ambience and food.

My Wednesday work day had breakfast at Kenny had ordered their pancake combo it cost php 205.00 the ice tea taste funky it taste carbonated ice tea haha

Sorry but i am not aware that they are semi-fastfood kind. But the staffs are accomodating so there's nothing to worry about. I ordered ribs plate. There are so many side dishes. My hangry stomach have been filled. The food are tasty, also the muffins are good. And oh, i went solo.
