Im no stranger to Gerrys Grill, ive been eating here since ive got my first payslip years ago. I remember it for not so big servings and its adobo flakes. This particular branch surprised me, the serving is big, the sinigang sa baboy has actual porkin it, unlike giligans which is mainly pork fat only. Service is still good, with the usual knowledgeable waiters. Mainly dominated by male waiters, i suggest hiring more female waiters.

Gela and Dwin were 2 friendly staff who took us to our seats and served our orders. That made a big difference in our dining experience. The bangus ala pobre was good. The bulalo however was just average.

For the drinks with friends, Gerry's is a go to since the 90's.For this occassion we ordered a bucket of beer, their sisig, and the grilled pusit. Sisig was good with a squirt of calamansi, knor and hot sauce. The grilled pusit had a sweet sauce that complemented it. It was a nice night cap.

This is our go-to place whenever we drop by Robinson's Las Piñas to hear mass and do our grocery there. We normally order the same set: Crispy pata, kilawing puso ng saging, inihaw na baby pusit, and another different dish. While the food is good, the branch can work on making the way that they cook the dishes consistent. There are times when the dishes are not thoroughly cooked like the crispy pata and baby pusit so they tasted different. The kilawing puso ng saging was at times sour (the way we like it) and at other times not that tasty and the puso ng saging ingredient was not that fresh.Still, we keep on coming back since there is not a lot of options in the mall if you are craving for Filipino food.
