The aircon is not yet open when we went there... the staff is okay, they greeted us and even if we are website user there is no negative treatment. However, this is the most horrible billing mistake that I experienced ever.. they added extra food in our bill, did not consider website, we had a different change... everything went wrong.. tsk tsk... that’s why it’s a 3/5

There was a small confusion as to how website works in this resto. Fortunately, the manager, Cha, handled the matter like a pro!Awesome service. Wonderful food.We will be back. Again. 😁

Good customer service. They have attentive waiters and they engaged to each customer. Quality of food is good. Pasta's noodle is al dente and the pizza that we order is hot when served. Will be back again.

It was kinda hot when we first entered. Staff were very noisy and watching tv. However, the food was great. Nakakabusog kagad and servings are really big.

Very polite crew. matagal nga lang yung order pero sulit kasi good for sharing yung meal nila. Yung place para kang nasa ancestral house kasi maraming naka display.

Ordered seafood jambalaya supreme and country style fried chicken, both dish was bland for me. 1+1 food benefit was kinda disappointing because they need you to order an additional drink from the menu in order to avail the 1+1 food so in short you spend more to avail the gold benefit. You have an assigned server but 90% of the time they are not attentive to your table. Service and food can be improved definitely but for me a bad experience.

Burgoo is still as reliable as we first had it more than 10 years ago. Regular size Bolognese pasta is enough for two and flavorful while the bacon cheeseburger with fries is a big meal in itself. Service is fast and wait staff were friendly and approachable.

Ordered supreme sampler, fried chicken , grilled pork chops and chicken fingers. Sorry to say that the best part of the meal was the french fries after pouring some salt on it. Food is good quality but absolutely lacks in flavour, bland boring and tasteless. We will not repeat, staff is kind and nice, place have no wify.

It took them about 45 minutes to serve the food. There were even small cockroaches on the wall which we informed the manager about. Her excuse was that they had a pest control the day before which of course is not really an excuse. She gave us a voucher with free food for the next visit. Do you even think we would go back after the experience?!

i enjoyed Burgoo when it first opened, but unfortunately, the quality of the food has deteriorated over the years. We found the food at times, to be bland, almost always lacking freshness. It is as if their food came out of a box of an assembly line frozen TV dinner. Thus, my husband and I stopped dining at this place two years ago. Today, on New Year’s Day, we decided to check out the restaurant since the other well known American dining establishment was closed. We were hoping that perhaps improvements to their offerings had been made.Again, (and for the nth time), we were let down. Two out of the three dishes that we ordered were a disaster. The chicken in the sandwich was raw, while the chicken fingers were “overbreaded”. We returned the former dish to the server for the kitchen staff to see. Much to our disappointment, the server returned after two minutes with the same plate, informing us that the kitchen “re-grilled” the chicken, putting it in the original, half-eaten bun (that still had my bite marks). The worst part about it all was the fact that they failed to take into account that the bread and the other ingredients were still contaminated with the juices from the raw chicken. To top it off, I was left with the same sidings, I.e. fries, which were now starchy cold. One would normally expect that the house would have at least offered a newly prepared replacement or another menu option of my choosing. I cringed at the memory but to their credit they didn’t charge us for the said food orders (after my prompting).Just to clarify, we were never unhappy with the floor service. The problem is always with the kitchen. I think it needs a serious overhaul that should be led by the company’s executive chef.
