I celebrated the milestone in Palermo in January pre-COVID pandemic. I indulged on the best tapas - Gambas (rightly spiced), roasted bell peppers, and the best Ravioli Al Granchioo. Palermo isn't only well-known for their tapas and pastas also for their well-known dessert-Stonehenge Fudge. Yummy tasty!
