I have been heading back and forth to Cebu for days gone by a decade and Chika-a good sa Cebu has been among the restaurants I've visited early on. It's been a while since i have have Iast consumed there therefore i was glad toeat once again in another of their newest branches in Lapu-lapu City that is located close to the airport. I really like how relaxing the area was with its higher ceiling and floor-to-ceiling home windows allowing natural light to feed. The restaurant had been minimally, but tastefully decorated - I particularly cherished the light colored wooden used all through the entire restaurant which blended properly with the natural accents on the walls and indigenous lighting decors. Because the location is spacious and perhaps because they also have good exhaust program, you don't leave the eating place smelling just like the dishes you ordered. We was amazed by how Chika-an sa Cebu is continuing to grow with several branches currently in Cebu. I observed, however, that with a lot of restaurants that begin to have numerous branches, the standard of the food will change and my pal who was raised in Cebu agreed with me that meals in Chika-an was previously better. For lunch, we'd Chika-an's must-try crispy pata and baked scallop, as well as grilled tanigue and puso ng saging. I has been quite dissatisfied with the crispy pata since it had been bland and lacked taste. Yes, your skin was crispy however the meat was dried out. It fared poorly when compared to crispy pata from Crispy Pata sa Candelaria. Blending the crispy pata with some puso ng saging salad managed to get much better. The grilled tanigue was also bland but was grilled perfectly with the meat nevertheless moist. Add-on of a vinegar-calamansi-soy sauce dip managed to get so far better. The baked scallop has been my favorite but I believe adding some garlic at the top would create the dish better still. The restaurant provides parking space because of its guests but could be restricted during peak hours. This is a good factor that we now have plenty round the area. Assistance was commendable not merely for their waiters also for the safeguard who ensured guests recreation area their cars easily.

From the airport we went there for lunch. The rice was nevertheless grainy yet gentle. The caldereta we purchased offers something in it's flavor that my husband sensed like vomiting (i don't eat goat meats), so he purchased another( pochero). Wii experience .

The title says everything, but kuya J's score a little higher.ambience was good the support too. The meals needs a little bit of reinventing or must i say rendering it interesting. But in the event that you are searching for an instant fix it can do.

This place don’t deserve a good one rating Went there yesterday evening Offered the table that has been dirty Then asked to hold back until cleaned! While waiting purchase taken however when we were returned to desk order needed to be retaken When foods arrived it wasless than appetizing Then we'd a look for a water to obtain cutlery and then struggling to attract any kind of waiters attention as just about all seemed interested in chatting among themselves Don’t bother likely to this place you'd be catered for a lot more attentively from the street vendor!!!! We shall NOT be returning!!!

The term Chikaan is loosely mean in Cebuano vocabulary as “eat” or “eating” as in kainan in Tagalog vocabulary. Chikaan restaurant acts native (Filipino) food. We attempted their sinigang bangus (milkfish) soup and grilled tuna tummy. It’s delicious! In the event that you take place tobe in Lapulapu Town, Cebu try out this native cafe! Its across the road likely to the airport.

I tried to consider restaurants near inside our location, and luckily I came across this restaurant. Rather than regret that I select Chikaan for the special event of Christening of my boy. Me and my children have become satisfied of thier foods. They serve delicious meals.Specifically the kalderetang kambing and pochero.

We was curious to consume in this eating place because this was previously popular. Now i understand why. Food is costly and not delicious. Beef kare kare provides more litid rather than heavy sauce. The salted egg salad not really worth the price. Much better eat ina junk food.
