An absolute pleasing experience to have crispy lechon skin and juicy pork meat at this part of town where fresh sea breeze pass you by coupled with the clean modern surroundings of Newtown.

When in Cebu, how can you resist lechon? The correct answer is you don't. 😂😂 Anyway, we ordered lechon from Ayer's and though I'm not exactly a big fan of lechon I ate a little bit and I love the crispy lechon skin!

Went here twice and I absolutely love their lechon and dinuguan!! Although the serving is small enough at your first impression, I am surprised that I already got full finishing my plate! I Thought it wasn't enough for me. Overall my experience is great and the food is recommendable! I suggest you guys should try the one's in Elizabeth Mall, it's not crowded and the staffs are nice, and also the seats are very comfy! Just enough for you to rest your belly out after a breathtaking meal. :D

What separates Ayer's Lechon among other lechon houses is that their Lechon has more familiar and countryside taste that is memorable at the same time worth experiencing. Must try when you're in Cebu!More about this on kerrph.blogspot.com

I'm glad Mactan Alfresco added the lechon pit for tourist who wish to witness the cooking of lechon up close, from seasoning to roasting before being served in plates. The lechon was so mouthwatering the moment it was served to us. It excites me even more seeing how crispy and spicy the lechon turned up. The atchara was fine. It would be better if they placed the sauce (fish sauce and vinegar) in tables for customers preference.
