Visited Max's when inside Laoag Town, service was quite gradual, however the meals were great and delicious. I enjoyed the Poultry Sisig, however the fried poultry was very skinny, plenty of bone and incredibly little meat. Overall it was an excellent meal,in Laoag.

We consume here while visiting the town the meals was delicious, I love the poultry sisig and the salad and the soup was great aswell. Only my complain may be the service is sluggish and the wifi is not actually working actually it says connected!

Loved the sizzling tofu and the kangkong stuffed tofu (we're vegetarians)!!! The halo-halo can be good. Evrything is clear and the waiters/personnel have become attentive,nice and useful!

I have already been to many Max's in the Philippines and the united states and I discovered that branch in Laoag Town is undoubtedly the best with regards to assistance. The foodis best for everything you pay, but I really like the truth that we were continuously waited on. The wait around program was very mindful of your needs. I experienced the bottomless pepsi and without a doubt... It was certainly bottomless. The wait provider filled my cup up every time they noticed that it was near being empty. Slowest service of most Max's Restaurant we have been to. Waiter states within a quarter-hour yet it took nearly 1 hour to function our foods. Making the delicious meals more palatable somehow. Appears like they need more make or coordinators.

This use to be always a good restaurant but once they opened the mall location, they lost almost all their experienced staff. Assistance is indeed terrible. Took me 6 minutes merely to get yourself a can of pepsi.

This should be the wurst Max’s restaurant that I've visited. The management clearly have to be trained in how exactly to run a little restaurant. The staff are untrained and may not care much less about customer service. The chicken had no meat so when mentionedto waiter the response was”sorry sir”,,, well sorry isn't acceptable, he should of changed the dish. Sad while Laoag is an extremely progressive Town but these kind of staff members are clearly province minded
