We were huge enthusiasts of Johnny Moon Cafe and was disappointed when it had been closed for a couple months. Given that it's open once again, we can not help but review it to how it had been before. Food high quality isn't that good any more (with the exception ofthe Johnny Moon Pasta). Services was quite confusing because they offered as a dish we didn't even purchase (even though our purchase was repeated 3 x). I still recommend individuals going right here but don't expect significantly.

This was a great dining experience, because along with the good food they served in addition they had us wear stick on mustaches and top hats and took an image folks channeling the "Juan Luna" vibe. Service was great too. We ordered severaldishes, however the miki was the best - and I believe it says something in regards to a restaurant if they may elevate something very easy to the dish you'd desire to keep returning for. Also well worth trying will be the bagnet sandwich and pasta verde. Paella had been a little bland though.

One of the most upscale establishments downtown, and an excellent stop for lunch time if you're from the museums and historical landmarks close to the city plaza. The menus is extensive. Staff suggested the paella, which was included with plenty of bagnet and longganisa bits. Whileit isn't my greatest meal there it had been tasty and incredibly filling, because they use brown rice. The staff was helpful and incredibly attentive. Among the owners actually swung by our desk to chat, which appeared to happen just about everywhere we dined in Laoag and Pagudpud -- individuals there have been quite friendly.
