AJ's Seafood House has been suggested by our guideline (Kuya Jiro of McTrail Traveling & Tours - strongly suggested) to possess dinner. It isn't the touristy eating place that you'll expect but only a side road eatery catering to locals and vacationers. The food wasreally inexpensive (I ordered a glass of rice, an purchase all of igado, bagnet and poque-poque) where my meal only expenses Php215, just a little below 5USD that is not poor when I believe of the standard of the meals they served. Also, we've Ilokanos in our team and for them, the meals here is Ilokano-approved! Walk towards the still left once you exit the eatery where you will discover the friendliest empanada suppliers you'll meet in Laoag!

If you're searching for authentic and affordable Ilokano food, go nowhere but to the place! Food is excellent and price is actually affordable. The area isn't recognized to so several tourist since they do not really advertise, however the tricycle motorists would know the area. Simplytell them to consider one to this place.

We had to hold back for 30-40 minutes prior to the ordered meals was served. Foods tasted just right/common. Our van driver suggested to visit AJ's but unfortunately, our expertise in trying local foods fare "karinderia" style had not been worth it.

The very best of Ilocano food in a single roof, we tried several dishes and everything was good from the vegetables to meat, fish and squid. As a squid lover, their adobong pusit is really a winner, seldom that I obtain that heavenly adobong pusit! Cooking period takessome time 30mins nonetheless it was worthy of the wait. You can have fun with sungka while looking forward to the food. Meals are offered on coconut shells! Serving is wonderful for 2-3 people and food is amazingly inexpensive! For non locals the cafe is definately not the plaza and is really a bit difficult to find. No wifi, far better catch uo with close friends and households! Highly recommended😉

Ilocano food does not have ahead expensive. AJ's Seafood home is a basic lutong bahay eating place where one can select native meals at a cheap cost. Yes expect for a few minutes for meals to be cooked nevertheless, you won't be disappointed. This is simply not ahigh-end restaurant so don't expect a lot of the grandeur. Nevertheless, celebrities frequent this location due to the food! Essential try experience for several wanderlusts.
