The area is owned by Skip Maccha Okada, a Japanese woman who has stayed in the Philippines for quite some time now. A few of the espresso and tea that she acts are natural and how I really like her chamomile cake. It is a quite cozy and quietplace where one can just move away from your nerve-racking environment and also have a sip of coffee or tea and you're fixed! The price is actually affordable taking into consideration the tea that Kape Bantay serves are patiently pressed and dried so that you can really smell the aroma and normal taste.

Kape Bantay isn't strategically located inside a place where one can easily come across it especially when you are not from Una Trinidad. However when you find the area, you're in for a delicacy! It is owned by way of a Japanese woman (Maccha) who has been inLa Trinidad for very sometime. She serves balanced diet and prepares them herself. It requires time before foods is served since it is prepared since it is purchased. Maccha has her very own backyard of organically grown vegetables and she acts it with her menus. I really like her tiramisu chesa (I'm not just a fan of chesa but I really like this dessert from Kape Bantay). She also acts panini with her brewed espresso and tea.

I've gone within location thrice and did get in touch with them but no reaction at all. Gosh! They will have their own period of starting and closing. :-( Too bad.

Kape Bantay is excellent because the owner helps make everything by herself and its own all organic. I purchase yakisoba ang chai whenever I move there with household or friends. The menus usually depends upon what 'Macha' produces the day. During lunchtime, the availablefood would just be what she's prepared for lunch time and you can't purchase anything from her menus. The area is bit cramped but lots of people still and can go there as you obtain another feel and food when you are there. A distinctive place with great meals.

Not the most common cafe. Serves good espresso, prepared per glass as you purchase, PhP30 or 35 each. Unusual but healthful undertake cheesecake. Shop is quite small, 3 little tables usually for 3 persons. Challenging to get, and prepare tow stroll a narrow stepto the 4th floor. Periods for opening adjustments so it is easier to check/ call them.

Owner make from scratch, so usually do not move really hungry. Foods and drinks have a while since it is one individual team. Very honest support. Been here many times, spent between 2-3 hours simply having an extended meal. Very enjoyable. Cost is so cheapfor the standard of food on offer.
