We saw a write-up on Facebook concerning this location and we were close by in Pico on our yesterday evening before flying house. We made a decision to stop by and present it a go and we were happy we do. Tucked back close to the strawberry farms, neverwould I've expected this amazing sushi invest La Trinidad. The menu is quite extensive, including ramen, sukiyaki, and a wide selection of sushi, sashimi, and Maki. We ordered some poultry ramen, California Maki, Crunchy roll, Maguro Shaki roll, and Stone Maki. The chicken ramen was really tasty with a miso base. The Maki rolls were amazing. The presentation was great, as you can plainly see in the images, it was so wonderful to see this attention to details. It was the kind of presentation I would anticipate in Tokyo or perhaps a major city in america or Canada, it had been a wonderfully nice surprise in the strawberry farms of Una Trinidad! And they flavor every bit as effective as they look. It had been tough to pick a popular, but I believe the Maguro Shaki finished up the main one I loved nearly all. Despite the fact that we were currently feeling complete, we ordered another circular of the Crunchy, Maguro Shaki and California rolls. Not that there is anything incorrect with the Stone Maki, but we understood we couldn't consume that much! We finished up bringing a bit home because we had been all so totally and happily full! This place is completely wonderful and I am hoping they will have great success! They're a really hidden gem in fact it is worth a vacation to Una Trinidad from Baguio!
