I saw this cafe being hyped through to my Facebook feed with buddies posting photos and highly recommending it when We travelled to Koronadal for any occasion, I was very wanting to give it a try. The atmosphere and decor of the area is verynice, just what a shame the meals doesn't really think about that. To begin with most of the points on the menu weren't obtainable but anyways, I purchased a road food platter, chilly cuts platter (see connected pic), passion fruit wines (?), a golf club sandwich, and an almond cake. The road food platter didn't contain much, mostly fishcakes (or even all- couldnt actually tell what these were). Very chewy, not really fresh. The cool cuts platter... speechless, bacon strips? raw-looking? salami experienced a weird consistency, sliced luncheon meats.. didn't flavor cured or smoked.. somewhat warm.. simply no bite to it.. offered with smooth processed cheese and 3 gentle grapes...... oh and 2 crackers. I assume living in Europe I've experienced a genuine salami/ 'cold cuts' platter alongside actual cheese and crackers. The enthusiasm fruit wine had been nothing special. The golf club sandwich has been overly sweet due to the spread inside, furthermore i don't know if they fry the breads also as the initial bite is quite greasy. finally the almond cake, truthfully not bad at all but very dried out. I assume it was similar to a cake/biscuit/meringue hybrid. In addition to the food, the support was good, personnel were pleasant and attentive. Again, I arrived to this place with higher hopes as the decoration is classy also it seems to be favored by the teenagers, perhaps their espresso and shakes are nicer? Uncertain but I don't believe I will return.
