Lechon was great. Dinuguan was a little salty but okay if eaten with an increase of rice. I recommend the monggo, healthful and tasty.

If Cebu town is too much for you merely to taste Lechon, you need to try Zubuchon's Lechon. They provide different prepared of lechon. Paksiw, Sinigang, Sisig among others. That is my 3rd amount of time in Zubuchon plus they never fail my very choosey tastebuds.
