The food is fantastic, the service is excellent and the ambiance too is fantastic. The Gyoza is amazing and you also can't help but love the meals when you are there. But I would recommend once you order, you purchase once right ahead since it takes timeespecially if it is a rush hr and there's a great deal of people. The service is excellent and the employees too are actually smiling.

Why this restaurant may get such good evaluations is really a mystery to me personally. Predicated on tripadvisor my girlfriend and I proceeded to go there for supper and was pleased to find only 6 other guests present, once we had not produced reservation for a desk. I purchased sushi,but was informed that they were sold-out on several menu products. I then chose other styles of sushi, while my girlfriend proceeded to go for a combined fried menu. My meals arrived relatively rapidly, but my companion's foods did not appear. WHEN I completed all my sushi, I requested the waitress that which was taking such a long time with my girlfriend's meals. She went in to the kitchen, returned out and went right to the cashier, in no way giving me a remedy. After five minutes, I walked around her and questioned for a conclusion. She just looked aside and kept small speaking with the cashier. By enough time the meals arrived my girlfriend got lost her hunger and I had dropped all respect because of this restautant. Truly appauling and unprofessional services!

Oh our GOD we attained the restaurant and produced our order at 730pm! It's now 930PM and our foods isn't yet complete!!!!!! The support is HORRIBLE! The Worst type of component is they allowed visitors to smoke in the non-smoking section therefore our allergies areflaring! This is one of well known restaurants before but following this I don't believe we are coming back.

I'm a complete fan of japanese meals and i've heard from the friend that place is great. It was so very when my pal and i arrived and i favor a bit crowded location. Made me wonder probably the meals is notthat good right here. But everything had been okay. Food timely offered but crews had been accommodating.

Just like my name, i knew thr owner, sadly he passed on, the place was previously among my fave restaurants within the city, they assist authentic japanese foods, and the purchase price is just right. The reason behind "was previously" is that theynever updated their carpets and as soon as you get in the restaurant, there's this really aweful smell of old uncleaned, moist carpet that smacks you cold, you dont wanna dine in a restaurant wherein your nose is fighting for the nice food smell or the uncleaned carpet smell.

Well the meals is kinda alright. But just don't allow it provide to your doorstep. The shipping is terrible. Very sluggish operating and horror in meals container. I'd like to share pictures of these food delivery. Can you expect people to become impressedwith this? I am hoping the owner could make an improvement with this. THEREFORE I tried yumeya merely to know what right now there food is. . despite the fact that I already had the best one .. but since i have like trying various things specially with regards to Japanese food . My experience at yumeya isn't bad , itsok .. I do not like the method they setup there menu however they have plenty of choices ..the purchase price is fair for noodles , I hate the truth that they don't genuinely have much options for sushi and rolls .. I ordered generally there beef teppanyaki set that is not too bad but the price isn't reasonable too much for a bit size and selection of set .. ,(just my estimation) .

From the interior, it truly is a "hon-mono" Japanese place. Even the wait personnel are in kimonos. They will have lunch sets which are very Japanese aswell at prices more sensible than their main menus items. So I ordered rapidly and was given the beerand oshibori and otsumame on a tray... by yourself. That appeared kinda weird. The wifi signal was weak in my own area therefore i asked to be moved however they said the table where it had been better was for 6 people.... OK, good but you can find no people here. Therefore the internet has been pretty bad. After that started the veryyyy very long await my set meal. I had not been pretty quickly at all....it took a long time. So then your items came plus they hook them up to my tray. I experienced Sanma grilled.... I believe it had been not cleaned properly, not really that I'm any expert. On the plus aspect the rice was true Japanese rice and the miso soup was good. It was very costly as they added something charge. THEREFORE I would say ultimately that presently there are other areas in Cebu with equally as good food (but not rice) at lower cost. I'd not return.

Ordered the tempura and sukiyaki arranged, it tasted like common Japanese foods. Nothing special or distinctive, however the food was good and good quality. The one thing we didn’t like had been that service took such a long time for food ahead out.
