Last Friday following a meeting with litigant we made a decision to have lunch time at Yugo, 3rd flooring RCBC Tower, Ayala Avenue. This Japanese restaurant may be the only place in those days which is not however crowded actually it’s a peak hrs. I noticed that mostlyexecutives and foreigners dined as of this place, I question why? We purchased Hakata and Pork Ramen, Oyako and Poultry Teriyaki Don, Tonkatso Bento Container and a Californian Maki. We were the 1st client on that time; staffs were quite accommodating and pleasurable to talk with. Younger staff also volunteered to consider our images upon seeing us getting trouble taking “group pictures” plus some “selfie pictures.” We didn’t wait around too long, and got our lunch time on time. I love my Poultry Teriyaki Don, taste isn't too salty rather than to sweet. The combination of glucose, pepper and Japanese soy sauce balances the tastes with green onions lower into rings. The best California Maki is offered with free of charge Japanese soup. Felt really pleased since this is actually the first time I purchased a maki with a free of charge soup-means I don’t need to pay an extra cost for the soup. The Ramen and the Pork Tonkatso flavor good, actually the Bento Box food and my colleagues think it’s great. The only dissatisfied on the list of group is the person who purchased the Oyako Don. She also asked me to flavor it and requested to swap with others. I assume, she’s not found in some sort of traditional Japanese dinner consisting of poultry sautéed and then prepared in Japanese broth with and egg and offered over rice. The blame probably is on japan broth that managed to get appear to be too watery as though this should be offered to a unwell person in soft diet plan. The chef should lessen a little bit of the broth blended in the ingredients in order never to ruin the taste. The price of an individual meal ranges from 200 and above. Probably this is the major reason for others never to dine at Yugo specifically those who find themselves considering an inexpensive budget meal which an easy food center can provide. But to those that would like to explore other kind of cuisine, Yugo is really a recommendable one. Not perfect but I really like my Teriyaki Don and my Maki with free of charge soup. I’ll end up being back soon to flavor their other menu.
