We was excited to consume here because the title is "talabahan". You might expect it to end up being offering various talaba options in its menu. Unfortunately, they only possess steamed talaba and kilawin na talaba. Its neighbor at the Atria, even acquired more oyster options eventhough they don't have got "talabahan" in its title. Almost all their meals were amiss. The one thing worthy of mentioning will be their rice. It had been fragrant and sticky. I don't eat rice due to my diet plan, but their rice I simply could not resist.

The location of the talabahan is close to SM city and Megaworld complex so it’s quite convenient. We purchased steamed talaba and the inihaw na hito and a lot of rice. Good meals for an inexpensive price. 👍🏼

Aftter three times of hotel foods, my boy recommended for us to consume lunch at Y2K, the Talabahan restaurant situated within the Atria grounds and jogging distance from our resort. We ordered as suggested the adobong indigenous chicken with plenty of garlic, our initial timeto flavor the fare. Not the same as any adobo fare, we've eaten. Tons and a great deal of crispy garlic and indigenous chicken adobo. A significant significantly cry from the standard white chicken meat that is tender, native poultry is tougher and much more gritty. Yet another soup may be the sinigang na hipon that was delicious as well. Tangy and yummy! Overall though, it was an excellent meal and our 1st connection with local Iloilo cuisine

Was tasked to carry out the 2019 Business Evaluation Conference of Panay Island. After 3 times of presentations and discussions, I made a decision to bring the group to a new restaurant which still assist legit Ilonggo meals but with sumptuous as a qualifier. Coincidentally, a detailed friendfrom Davao who's now located in Iloilo suggested the resto. So away from we go! Upon having my chair within an clean, AC area I immediately ordered 3 servings of talaba with the best beverage. Tired. Hungry. I could;t wait around to devour them talabas! But lo and behold..."Ano 'ni? Sisi?" I was dissatisfied. The talaba we obtained were small and appears unappealing. "Talabahan 'ni nga lugar haw?" No additional orders of talaba produced. We just ingested the sinabawan na isda and lechon manok. Hu hu...

I actually went with my time her because he wished to attempt the crispy poultry adobo. It is created from native chicken therefore the meat isn't as tender but wow it had been delicious! For me personally, though, I loved the pork sisig more! It is possible to askthem to create it crunchier or crispier! I did so!

We've been eating here for two years already and often go back because of their yummy crispy native poultry adobo! It is totally to die for!

I've read raving reviews concerning this restaurant, particularly on the subject of its native poultry adobo. I just had to use it myself. Properly, this adobo certainly has its special characteristics. It uses native poultry, plenty of sauteed garlic and poultry oil. Very little to my liking, unfortunately. I favor the more conventional adobo cooked with much less garlic and essential oil. The abundance of essential oil and garlic overpower the flavor of the native poultry. The taste of the original adobo can be compromised (or even at all dropped). The garlic rice though has been good, the area was neat, and program was affable and fast.

Had crispy indigenous adobo in this cafe, their specialty, and I had not been disappointed! Definitely not the same as the rest of the adobo recipes, essential try!
