This restaurant WICKED BY CRAVINGS is quite disappointing. I required to break my 1,000 Expenses and politely requested the counter will be she can transform me with 500s. She replied "NO" with an extremely rude appear on her face. We told her that people would purchase2 pcs of cake and can use a charge card but we would have to crack of the 1 thousand pesos . She once again said "NO" having an added rude appear on her face. We then proceeded to find the 2 cakes and paid them using my charge card. My hubby asked that i purchase one package of smores.... That has been the time we took out once again my 1,ooo expenses and utilized it to cover the dark chocolate. We got the 500 switch that we needed ... However the "rude encounter " of the personnel is uncalled for. On the receipt the name is christine joy... But to precisely describe the lady .. I think she's 3 or more unique mole on her behalf face.. Thin ... Fair complexion. ' It is a classic bad experience for all of us to identify an excellent name with bad services ... But what else may i say... She also obtained the nerve to snatch the cardboard and receipt and change her back again on us without actually saying a small amount of thanks. All due to a thousand dollars that needed a rest. Even if we purchased something with the intention of breaking one thousand bucks... Buying 2 cakes and smores can make us "CUSTOMERS" ... Sufficient reason for that we have entitlement to 'good and polite assistance'.

That's where we prefer to involve some dessert or sweets following a heavy meal at the Shangrila mall . The fusion chocolate pubs or berks , never why don't we down . Having a marketing free espresso with every purchase of desert is really a nicetouch . All the best with securing a chair however , you can find only 5 tables so far as I can remember.

We're glad that people tried this nice location. We loved our cheesecake and marshmallow chocolate, actually delicious. The staff have become courteous, also suggesting which dessert to purchase. Must try to highly reccommmended
