I have always been keen on Chinese food however, not a big lover of dumplings... until my dad released me to Wan Chai Cafe in Binondo. We visited Binondo to get mirrors for the bathroom and he suggested to consume inside Wan Chai.We reached the area around 5:50 PM that was great since they have 50% off dumplings in the event that you arrive before 6:00 PM.
