Vincent's Location Kambingan is situated at the part of C. Aguila and J. P. Laurel Roads in San Miguel, Manila Town. They focus on goat meals (best tasting), but additionally serves other mouth-watering meals like chicharon bulaklak, sizzling tuna, kilawing tuna, crispy pata, heavy friedchicken, sizzling pork sisig, boneless bangus, and patatim. For first-time site visitors, I'd recommend their sizzling adobo with fried garlic, kaldereta, and sizzling drunken kambing ribs. They are great pulutans!

I visited Vincent's on 2 consecutive nights! The initial night, to use it out. The next, to take pleasure from its wonderful flavors once more. Sizzling adobong kambing, sinampalukan, kilawin, and papaitan had been winners. The surprise, nevertheless, has been the daing na bangus. Enjoy!!!

I'm Indian but in no way knew Filipinos cooked like good mutton (kambing). Great support by the dog owner himself and the knowledge of being photographed as well as your photo inside the wall is good.
