I normally don't like likely to Via Mare because it's generally crowded and noisy and the meals is good however, not outstanding. This appears to be an upscale expansion, quieter and a little more stylish. I got the fern salad, that i constantly like forits crunchy consistency. This restaurant acts it with cut salted duck egg and a good mild dressing, We furthermore had crispy fried seafood and a particular pork chop. Everything has been delicious! I'd love to return back, if nothing at all else, just to possess the fern salad once again because this isn't simple to find even yet in restaurants promoting Filipino food.

Via mare offered selection of oysters, both fresh n baked types. I have purchased a crispy pata, Cinagant. Both were wonderful, yet not sooo excellent. I ordered fifty percent opened fresh oysters aswell. It reasonably cost 490peso and the flavor was reasonable. The waiters nwaitresses had been so helpful and gave us several good recommendations.
