Dine here on 5th March We went Umu for supper and incredibly happy they serve excellent Japanese food. The laundry are fresh and delicious. The purchase price may be somewhat higher than somewhere else but it is certainly worth it. The service fromthe staff can be excellent. He gave good suggestions. Must try - Codfish Will sure be again.

It’s our second period here. Last period we attempted the Wagyu Steak also it was outstanding. This time, we purchased US Angus Tenderloin steak and it’s super tasty. 😍 The karaage can be essential try! The service can be great. Everyone’s pleasant and veryattentive. Will certainly come back!✨

The meals and service is great. I like Tempurazen, Tuna and Salmon sashimi freshly offered. Thumbs around UMU! Quite recommendable Japanese restaurant!

Wow! lovely Japanese cafe . We've stayed at Dusit Thani several periods but we were continually out & about . Furthermore we had been in a golf club room so we usually dine at the golf club lounge & we do not have tha possiblity to tryout UMU. Before we still left Manila I ensured that people dine at UMU . We didn’t understand that they near in the afternoon but we had been lucky we got in only in time to purchase our lunch time before they close your kitchen . Wow, food really was great . We enjoyed our food . it had been quiet for obvious cause but I could feel a pleasant vibe in the eating place . Love the inside it’s very nice . The next time we’re back the Philippines this is our first stop . I've currently recommend UMU to my buddies .

The meals was excellent! Sashimi and uni had been fresh, nice and melts in the mouth area. The Wafu steak was amazing, fatty soft and tasty sauce. The unagi roll got generous lotion cheese, and crunchy cucumber. The area was nice. Very very. Extremely spacious and comfortableseats as well. The music was great too. I must say i enjoyed the area. Japan feels. Adore the interiors and the decors. The staff were attentive. They'll refill your cup rather than let it dry. Kudos!

Among the best Japanese dining places in Metro Manila. High quality of ingredients should never be compromised and flavor has been consistently great. Superb service! Attendants have become attentive. Search for Irene and Dean to find the best dining experience.

Let me first state that their food is great. Very delicious . The Uni had not been exactly like what I’m utilized to in america nonetheless it was good. Services - horrible . From the waiting around desk. The girl working the table wasnowhere found therefore I thought these were busy. There have been 4-5 open tables therefore i did not obtain it. We were informed there is no table available because the open desk has been reserved which we stated we will simply wait. Miraculously after stating this, a table exposed and we had been seated. Now , I'm used to possess server state their title and say “I’ll end up being your server for the night” we didn't know that are server will be and we weren't even given drinking water after seated which again I'm used to specifically on an increased end Japanese restaurant. Not really As soon as did our server determine if we required. Refill with this water or verify if we required anything. We were generally left to simply eat and when we need anything. We'd to wave off a server. I could understand why is we had been in a different sort of cafe but this Japanese eating place offers premium cost on their food therefore the service should match the cost of their foods but clearly it had been not. Whenever we were completed we asked for the official receipt and that had taken forever. In ways that maybe I had been impatient. But easily see the individual writing the state receipt speaking with his peers rather than doing his work, I’ll have a concern . You cannot expect clients to cover premium on meals with sub par provider. You ought not consider yourself top quality Japanese whenever your staff clearly will not perform exactly the same way. We've bees residing at this hotel and when I have to evaluate their breakfast buffet (buffet being the operative phrase) the buffet have much better service. Food could be good if a support is subpar? Disappointing will be what involves mind. Verdict - pay exactly the same amount of money somewhere else. You’ll progress customer service
