Lucky We order a Rosu meshi rice topping and Char sui ajitama miso soba. The noodle was great al dente however the broth was therefore salty. I just make use of the broth to place it on the rice. Not just a michallin superstar for me.

a an extremely friendly place and clear ,nice staff ,good poultry karagi ,teriyaki noodles ,footwear soba.among the best noodles ,reminds me personally of college canteen ,options are limited I am hoping they are able to make more choices inside beef or sea foods ,mainly Pork .

I'm a ramen enthusiast (I possibly could eat it each day!), and I have already been so wanting to attempt Tsuta's Michelin-starred ramen. They didn't disappoint. I've consumed here 3x up to now, purchased 3 different ramens each time, and I was pleased with every one of them. Servingsize will be big in a way that if I purchase a lot more than 1 sidedish (that i always do), Personally i think like my abdomen will burst. That is one ramen home that brings about the glutton in me!

They have good collection of ramen and sides. Create will be minimalist and I love the interior. Foods is really good and you will see chefs planning your ramen. Its an excellent place to go out after a long stroll around bgc. You can find alsomany restaurant in your community to pick from but dont skip this if you want ramen.

Aug. 17, 2019 - Visited establishment at 3:00pm Their signature Shoyu Ramen needed more encouragement. That shoyu broth didn’t want truffle flavor, however they added some in any case. Pan fried gyoza was’t good either. Services was good though, aside from the noisy woman on their staffwhich held yapping loudly as though there were no clients around. She should be aware of these exact things because it positioned another patrons off. Unfortunately I really was hoping that Michelin celebrity was deserved and needed....guess not.

It was great to possess some edamame, the initial I have seen within the Philippines. My teriyaki dish has been excellent, excellent flavours, but my partner’s ShoyuCharSiuAji was quite disappointing.

The waiter includes a very poor attitude and wasn't content" to notice customer. When I inquired for top level up of wheat tea I was presented with the disgusted stare. It had been obviously stated in the menus tea is free movement. The other male employees had been equallyrude and pretend never to see when I requested for services. Restaurant have significantly less than 5pax when I had been there. Unless the administration modification this batch of assistance staff else this eating place is doomed.

Advertised as the Michelin Star but couldn't know how. Seemed like an average ramen house. Nothing excellent about the meals or the support. Was worth a go however, not worth returning.

It is advertised as you star Michelin (inside Tokyo) Here I'd not give a good quarter of star. Component of ramen is mainly wheat but soba is mainly buckwheat, taste completely different.

We was excited to use this Michelin-starred ramen-ya from Japan. I experienced their signature shoyu ramen with a part of poultry karaage. The poultry karaage was substandard. The ramen was excellent but probably not really the best I’ve ever endured. The noodles had been aldente and the broth boiling warm. The entire flavor was excellent. Due to the Michelin-starred position I was looking to be blown apart. It was really, excellent but in all honesty I’ve had much better in Japan, Una, NY and even in my own hometown of Seattle. Nevertheless, if you’re searching for a really great plate of ramen in Manila this location will be an excellent option.
