This place is authentic. Their sushi is refreshing. Their gyoza is the greatest I’ve tasted in Manila. Plenty of Japanese eat right here which is a great indication that this location will be legit. If you would like authentic Japanese encounter this is actually the place to be.

For a restaurant which has zero visible branding or signages that face the busy roads of valero, makati, Tsumura gets pretty busy still on monday night time. The seafood they make use of because of their sushi and meals are fresh and of great quality. Flavor their seaurchin sushi and you may know what after all by Fresh! 😊 The purchase price is a little pricey but definitely worthwhile given the product quality, taste and level of serving of these dishes. Definitely essential try resto! 👍

We decided to supply the Shabu-Shabu a go at among our fav neighbourhood haunts also it certainly satisfied. A brand new melange of elements from mushroom, tofu, beef, vegetables and a broth that has been normally flavourful and a good setting to increasethe taste of the broth by the insertion of the substances. My 2nd time and can now maintain my set of restos to return to and dine in. My fave sashimi moriawase-omg, exceptional! Melts in the mouth area! We ordered even more salmon sashimi, dobin mushi for the soup, chawan mushi (that one is so-therefore),beef usuyaki (essential try out), beef teppan, and seafood yakisoba. Haven for smokers (I'm not but my hubby is) as there’s cigarette smoking area nevertheless, you won’t smell the hint of smoke inside the larger dining area. 👍🏻

Returned to satiate our Japanese cuisine craving. Ordered the Unaju, grilled Black Cod and the Sashimi plate. Unaju was 8/10, grilled Black Cod 8.5/10 and Sashimi 8/10. All told - most likely the best Japanese eating place inside our neighborhood - Salcedo Village.

Arguably the 'best' Japanese resto in your community, our first visit because the pandemic. Went with this staple Sashimi Teishoku and the Tekka Ju... components were fresh and general preparation was sound. Taste was fine. Service was stretched like only one 1 waitstaff thus we hadto assist ourselves to menus, jogging around make beverage demand etc. The entire cleanliness is disappointing and really, bad.
