Hi Tropicana Resort and Restaurant Manager I have lived inside Sinandigan for 1 . 5 years now and yesterday evening (Jun 11/14) alongside our foreign site visitors we decided to try your hotels cuisine. I'm afraid we were really disappointed. The 4 meals arrived slowlyover a 15 minute period. Cold rather than as ordered. The chicken Cordon Blu was cold with Instant mashed potatoes. The Pork and Poultry Adobo was cold and salty. The Prawns Sinigan was requested to really have the shells removed. They arrived intact. Apparently the information had not been relayed to the Chef nor has been it examined by the server. The Wiener Schnitzel was advertised to possess Potato Salad also it was included with instant potatoes. It had been sent back since it had not been as advertized. Nor we educated of a substitution. I am getting this to the supervisors attention because All too often in this community things like this aren't reported. I ate here 4 periods whilst in Sabang form lunch time and the flavor and quality was often good. The only real annoying thing this is actually the stay cat they will have here which involves your table and constantly is meowing for food. My just advise isget gone the annoying cat!

It’s not my very first stay in Tropicana. I usually thought it has been a genuine castle but this time around i questioned and it’s who owns the resort who built it. It is a perfectly built resort and I could tell that it's verywell maintained. The personnel is excellent and the areas are big. I really like their bathrooms also. In my prior stay I stayed in the dome nonetheless it was too big for me personally alone. The only real very minimal comment I'd give may be the cleanliness of the bed linens. I then found out only during the night that generally there was a lot of sand in my own bed. Anyway, I'm a big man and redid my mattress so no big concern.

Insanely overvalued, in pretense to be a global restaurant, the pasta was undercooked. And the meals we ate had been bellow avarage. We had been okay eating and having to pay the excess until My uncle discovered the high cost of his fish nevertheless trapped on the flesh.Obviously the meals wasn't cleaned correctly. We demanded a fresh dish for him plus they refused. Stating sorry and ignoring us later on. I was so dissatisfied and much more frustrated that people weren't compensated. And much more I sensed like nausea afterwards understanding that maybe the majority of our meals had been unwashed and uncleaned correctly. This place experienced the audacity of overpricing it's foods. We payed over 4000 pesos, that is insane for meals that could've produced us puke if we'd weaker stomachs. Do people a favour and Turn off this disgusting restaurant. We found a good small restaurant just contrary of it on the left part of the road the time after. The girl was great and I want we saw it very first. Worst experience ever. Could not recommend or even return back there again.
