Staff are usually somewhat slow. Smiling i believe isn't encouraged. And service drinking water is i believe frowned upon? Tsk tsk

We were checking some eateries around Greeenhills and we finished up on this location. There are wide range of meals and what I love concerning this place is they offer limitless soup weighed against other Shabu Shabu dining places. I simply think thatthe place could be more organized with regards to table set up but general, we were content with our eating experience here.

We made the reservation for 90 visitors to celebrate our baby's Baptism. We'd a room they said would suit 54 people, and 3 rooms with 12 individuals capacity each. Some remarks on the grade of service and foods of Tong Yang Centris Branch:1. The area with 54 individuals and a large number of hotpots without exhaust acquired malfunctioning air-conditioning however the management didn't inform us prior to the occasion. It was scorching. We requested for the staff members to make the area cooler so an employee tried to regulate the thermostat however the aircon had not been responding. We inquired them to set up electric fans many times but we didn't receive reaction until much later on. The management must have checked the service and at the minimum, they ought to have prepared the electrical fans prior the function. They only informed us the aircon in the area were under maintenance whenever we were currently informing them that the area was too hot. 2. They provided electrical fans at some time once the event was nearly 2/3 done. Sadly, my daughter's finger has been trim badly after she trapped her submit among the fans. Their medical kit was some entire cottons and a little bottle of betadine. 3. Their headcount management isn't efficient for large numbers of visitors. They didn't supply guest registration. We provided our guest list in their mind but they stated they didn't perform guest sign up. They said they have various staffs stationed in each space to do the guide counting. This technique was mistake prone because people could be transferring to various tables and/or areas to socialize with other folks. People came and still left at differing times, some furthermore left and returned after smoking. Therefore I'm uncertain how they ensured there is nobody who got counted two times. Since they had been manually counting, there is also no easy solution to check their overall tally by the end. This had been a big disappointment. Rather than four staffs stationed in each area, only 1 one or two 2 staffs manning a guest registration booth could have sufficed and guaranteed me that I covered the correct headcount. 4. The food was excellent though and we'd no complaints with this matter.

Me and my friends continued a weekend at Robinson's Place Manila branch also it was on a lunchtime. We waited for ten minutes to be seated and I assume it had been worth the wait. Drink and eat whatever you can at its bestand we can not require more. It includes a large selection of food from shabu-shabu to finger foods and barbecued street foods. Filipino, Japanese, Chinese dishes and desserts were overflowing. The drinks were awesome. Service was fine and affordability was very good. We've an enjoyable experience drinking and eating until our tummies are so full. We'll definitely be again.

I visited this restaurant and had buffet with my ex colleagues/friends. One of these celebrated his birthday and another her regularization. They made a decision to own it in Tong Yang in Eton Centris. I arrived just a little late but there is very little questionsfrom the entrance when I told them the area my friends have reserved. No questions asked, not my name or the name of the one who reserved it. I possibly could easily get in easily am familiar with the area names and saw from the exterior that we now have free seats still inside. Not best for the security. Went inside and greeted my friends. The waiters aren't so accommodating. I'd call their focus on require soups to be placed in the heart of the tables however they just ignored me. About three times. Lets proceed with the meals. I liked that theres a number of food you could cook. From fishes to soup based meals. I simply didnt like the way the meat were cut. Its too thin. We even joked about any of it. Its like wet tissue papers. You couldnt transfer them from the plates to the grilling area in 1 pieces. Repleneshing the rice also took about 20mins. It had been ny friends birthday so we asked for a free of charge cake. The staff sung a not happy "happy birthday song" and the gelatin (not just a cake) was with out a dedication and tasted bland. They're not strict though with left overs. Ive seen several on the plates of my friends and didnt hear anything from the waiter whenever we billed out. Overall, I believe P695 (easily remember the purchase price correctly, but is pretty much that much) is an excessive amount of for the area, food and experience. For me, should you need to be around P500. Id rather eat someplace else for P695. I'll not advocate this place.

For at the very least 10-12 people and an advance reservation you may get an exclusive room. Service was superb and selections were good since it includes dessert, pre cooked food and also beverage specially top quality draft beer. For Php 699 per head (fee for dinnerfor all days including weekends). No free dinner for birthday celebrants though but staff and crew would greet and sing for you personally if you'd like. Dinner starts at 6pm and ends ard 10:30. Enough parking spaces if you need to walk a little--but then following a buffet, who would not need to burn those extra calories. A lot more than that, they will have facilities for the disabled. So overall, one of the better buffet dinner we've had.

This hotpot restaurant has been existing for such a long time but it’s my first in the EDSA centris branch. We continued a weekday lunch and only 3 tables were occupied in this visit. Rate reaches Php545/head and the final demand lunch buffet isat 2:30pm. Tried the Satay and Sinigang soup base. On the onset, I could say that there surely is a significant difference in taste. It isn't as flavorful since it used to be. There's a varied option of vegetables, meat, and seafood for grill or hotpot. There's a counter for asian food and some racks of sushi. Selection for dessert includes Ice Cream, cake slices, fruits, buco pandan, and you may make your personal halo-halo.

I have been a devoted Tongyang fan for a long time. I specially love their sauce station that is not offerred in other buffets, apart from their excellent customer support and food, a multitude of meat, seafoods, dimsum, noodles, crabs, plus unlimited drinks. Excellent food reasonablypriced!

Visited celebrate my boys (partner and stepson) birthday. There's only two option for soup (Chicken soup and Spicy). They limit the sliced beef by 1 plate per person where in we're able to go back around we want (doesn't seem sensible knowing it'sa buffet!) Didn't offer much dessert, only available during our visit are halo-halo, cake, brownies and 2-3 forms of fruits and ice cream. Serving frozen squid along with other frozen seafood. They don't really have romain or lettuce. Limited forms of vegetables. Encountered dead crab. Worst may be the thong, can't even handle the meals you want to grill, was curious if they're alert to it. Not recommended at all. Not returning for sure.
