I eat here one per year and while the product quality and flavor of the meals remains amazing, the amount of service appears to decline every year. I come back. I had a celebration of 8 grownups and 2 kids. We had been seated for ten minutes andcompletely overlooked. I had to require water to be shipped. It was another lengthy delay before someone asked what we wished to purchase...we said it will be nice if we'd menus first so we're able to see what we wanted. When the foods was delivered, it had been amazing! We'd the crab maritess, Malaysian chili crab, and a 1 kilo strong fried lovely and sour Lapu Lapu. Everybody enjoyed the flavor and high quality of the meals. We had to require the buckets to place the crab shells as we were holding forgotten. There is also said to be a free of charge desert if the 1 Kilo Lapu Lapu has been ordered...nonetheless it was in no way mentioned or offered whenever we placed our order. Having spent the final week within Pampanga and Zambales, I've seen what great customer service could be provided within the Philippines. I'm uncertain if the automatic 10% service charge gets rid of all motivation to provide quality service or not really. Maybe we simply caught every worker on a negative day. Had the meals been just average, I'd give significantly less than 3 stars...however the food actually was that good!

We ate @ Red crab in regards to a year back. The service was okay, but the Food? it had been awesome! Since that time we go there on a monthly basis!

It's a crab home but we simply ordered the stuffed crab then one else. Nothing really amazed us that I possibly could not really remember what we purchased aside from the stuffed crab. The crab omelette had not been good. Uncertain though if their crabs or shrimpswere great so i will undoubtedly be holding judgement. Costs were reasonable. Service was great. The crew had been accomodating and always prepared to help. Location was just okay. You need to go utilize the toilet of the mall if you want to go.
