BEANS and Tea Leaf is an excellent place where students such as me can study whilst enjoying frappe and smaller meals. First Mocha is way much better than starbucks..( Sorry Starbucks!!!)

I've tried Chai tea latte at several COFFEES and Starbucks and the distinction is immense. The people from Starbucks tastes watered down while that in BEANS is very delicious. I really like their caesar salad as well! And the direction they servedthe drinks in cup mugs at the shop feels homey and stylish!

Food for idea. Coddled eggs and loaf of bread are my staples. Greatest matcha green tea extract latte too. Car parking is difficult though.

Decided to grab the cappuccino then one to eat along the way from CBTL Regis Centre Katipunan. The location is obviously very convenient as possible simply drive by and move. I had been expecting the most common service that you'll get from these kinds ofplaces (eg it's near competitor). Purchase taking was comparable and basic. Drink and food preparation time took more than what I sensed was expected. I just ordered espresso, pandesal, bagels and a chocolate chip cookie to proceed. It took nearly 20 moments! I thought it could have been since they were heating the meals so I informed them I didn't want them heated. I has been incorrect. Nothing was heated however by that point! And nothing was nevertheless put into the to go handbag! THEREFORE I decided to provide a helping hands and began packing my purchase. They place the cookie on a ceramic plate (even though I asked for this to move) which slipped to the ground when I acquired it. The barista and the supervisor just viewed me. The barista had been kind sufficiently to ask the supervisor if the cookie could be changed. To my shock, the manager sternly mentioned no. I went around the supervisor and (with dagger eye) asked "are you currently sure you're not changing the cookie?" At that time, she determined to get a brand-new one and handed it if you ask me with a encounter that obviously looked dissatisfied. If I weren't running late for a scheduled appointment, I'd have loved to provide that manager a bit of my mind! Rather, I'll just talk about it here. The finish!

I always appear to have a satisfying encounter in CBTL cafes but that one on UP City Center is specially nice due to the location, the design which thus relaxing with varied choices to select from, and the personnel seem thus sincere and hospitable. Ifollowed an elderly one who was having to pay with coins from the bag of plastic material. I had been feeling relatively impatient because I has been in a hurry, but I got my cue from the great lady behind the money sign up who so patiently and cheerfully (w/out a good hint of sarcasm or condescension) waited for him to create all the coins required to cover up his bill. We had ice blended espresso with mexican chocolate and lasagna with toast. Delicious and fulfilling. The only real negative was a few of the surface beef seemed a little tough. This is why for the lacking one star. Nevertheless, the sauce and the pasta had been quite good. I experienced refreshed and rested after investing just half an hour here. Highly recommended.

Our favorite spot to go out with meetings or friendly bonding is here now at CBTL Tomas morato. But this service employees "Ivy" Why? when we are going to pay our purchase, we provide our CBTL cards to "Ivy". and we sat right down to waitfor our order. After that she told us if we do have a card. I said we already supply the card to you. But she insisted that people did not supply the CBTL card. When i see my cards since it has some clue tag, its simply infront of her. She Check it. Before that me and my partner cant find my card because im sure i already provide my card to her. My partner explained that she already provide it to the cashier staff members witch is "IVY". But once again IVY insisted that people dont have a cards... I quickly see my card before her. Having said all that i did so not hear some sincere or even plastic apology compared to that personnel that before her we argue due to her. WHEN i get our order... she informed us that the next time watch for our cards.. i responded Good Provider IVY... surely we shall watch for my cards but watch the mouth area Lady. totally bad thats why i compose a comment here. I could attached our reciept photograph to proof that people expirience such a inadequate service of one's staff IVY so you can evaluation CCTV camera to describe a thousand phrases. its our first-time that we encountered an employee of CBTL staff mindset like IVY. she dosent participate in hospitality industry. Even The shop manager approach me , ANNA. That she actually said that She'll provide a NTE letter from what IVy perform to us. WE SHALL not get back to CBTL timog untill this personnel is fully gone. thats a reduction guest for CBTL sorry. How ever We Like CBTL Centris and Rob. Galleria. As we certainly are a espresso lover. we like your espresso and assistance with the hearth not just a Staff Like "IVY" make sure you dont ____ CBTL reputation simply for this employees and a supervisor like Anna who dosent learn how to disipline her staff properly. Its bad for company and for a person like us who thought a whole lot in CBTL. Take this comment like a sign of problem because we like your company. Incidentally we work furthermore in a Hospitality industry however, not poor as your program in CBTL TIMOG. Thanks a lot A WHOLE LOT kindly respond.
