The location didn't issue but upon entry of the resort I felt like my entire life is at risk due to the extremely steep ramp. As a wheelchair consumer, barrier free entry is what we have been looking for. The bathroom . is wide enough however the swingin door isn't advisable in case a bigger wheelchair comes into play.

check-in for just two 2 times and paid yet they didnt check out the right day even after several times of asking should they have check for myself. Elevator has been damaged for greater than a month. Entrance desk officers called Clona, Mary Grace, Ella and managerNino possess the worst support ever on most of my resort check-in. The area is dirty without slippers, towels no hot drinking water. They don't constitute and clean the area. So when we did an organization sign in with sales supervisor Jen, she didn't follow with what we've talk about. Among our guest dropped a container of goodies that has been suppose to become a pasalubong which we still left at the resort for safe keeping. Also the free of charge breakfast they promise had not been given. Overall I can state that this is actually the worst hotel sign in ever.

If you would like great provider, delicious food with plenty of variety & a cushty place to keep, this is the resort to you. We were really pleased with this choice. I certainly would recommend this place.
