We ate supper at TGIF in Venice Grand canal mall final Might 2016 (sorry for the super late evaluation :) kinda busy). The ambience had been nice... sleek, quiet and incredibly comfy...we ordered back again ribs as usual :D... once we ate I pointed out that the ribswas a little overcooked, i was little bit dissatisfied but my sister don't care she's nearly finish eating 1 / 2 of the slab once the crew inquire us if how's the meals... i informed her its sort of over prepared and their supervisor approach us... she wanted to modification the ribs and i mentioned no want because my sister ingested almost 1 / 2 of it but she insisted, she said you'll purchase that slab and you also deserve for everything you paid for... they brought a fresh slab it had been perfectly done... popular and juiciest as actually..similar to the usual TGIF back again ribs...and we thank her a whole lot. And my sister liked so very much and i don't know where she positioned all of this ribs in her abdomen... when we questioned for the costs .. we observe that they didn't are the slab and I request the supervisor... she replied that it is a compliment... we insisted that people should pay because we'd almost 2 slabs however they refused... she replied they do it to keep the TGIF high quality and support...We really thank the employees of TGIF because of this and i desire all the restaurant would do that... The crews was well mannered and incredibly accommodating. I'd also like Skip Rie and her supervisor to make our dinning knowledge more enjoyable... and i usually recommend this resto to all or any of my friends...

Had lunch time with my children here and staffs aren't really attentive and flexible. Service are slow rather than accommodating. I really like TGI Fridays particularly the food but I'd never keep coming back in this branch. I'd consider ongoing to other location thatcan give better provider.

Proceeded to go there and ordered the appetizer with shrimp Seafood and calamari was about 1500.00 pesos was dried out and tasteless I am to other TGI restaurants in the usa this is horrible I delivered it back and asked for refund also the atmosphere was likea funeral parlor also I notice program was slow bar tender was at the very least expert I don't see this location rendering it unless they get somebody from mind quarters ahead in and suggest to them just what a TGI Fridays restaurant in the usa is operated like could not return there also there cost was more than USA for item I ordered
