Though the exterior appears like a local eating place the area is run by way of a skilled and encountered chef. Currently listed below puerto princessa the positioning is in fact in sabang. We ordered the crabs and the chef did the others. Though it was a complete meal(500php for 1/2kg) We'd to use the sashimi aswell and We weren't disappointed. Highly recommended.

Top food! It had been among the best dining places after 3 days of journeying through Palawan. After consuming there once, we returned every day for lunch time and dinner. Service employees is very unexperienced, however the food will probably be worth it! The prepare includes a lotof foreign knowledge and told us he was already cooking food for the french president Chirac and in 5 Star Resort in Manila. He simply opened now their own cafe in Sabang and generates incredible seafood influenced by Indian, local and European design. Absolutely delicious!
