Newly opened within the VIBO/Axis mall in N. Escario St. Whenever we entered, instantly seemed that was extremely sterotyped (read hackneyed) rather than Japanese owned or managed. The meals bore this out. Chirashi sushi is generally a modest showcase for the chef. Right here, itwas awful, barely a good "2". From the initial bite of seriously over vinegared clumpy rice, topped with several quite thinly sliced tired bits of seafood and shrimp. A genuine dud, and coming in at Php 450! My partner's option, the teriyaki poultry don was much better, and cheaper, at Php 280. It isn't yet also on the instead garish makeshift menu. Also japan tea was exhausted and without flavor. Not just a single Japanese consumer was evident. This can't be a genuine Japanese eating place, and was an enormous disappointment. Appears like a sterotyped Japanese cafe targeted at those who really do not know Japanese food. Won't care to return.

I believed it is a newly opened up restaurant in the town, so Let me give that one some advantage of the doubt because it simply debuted. Came right here for lunch time on a busy weekend break with my companion. We were seated immediately though therewere just a few tables and several seats over-the-counter. We'd ebi tempura (our jap foods staple), poultry teriyaki and we furthermore attempted their gyoza. The tempura had been nice. Cooked just just how I love it - really crispy batter. The gyoza has been a little off for me. I believe it was just a little undercooked or therefore I think, nonetheless it did needed several improvements. The poultry teriyaki was furthermore so-so. And something more thing, they should fix their airconditioning device. I personally didn't just like the fan that was dealing with me all throughout my lucnh. Really attentive staff, though. Therefore kudos to individuals!

Returned to Cebu through the spring split and brought along my Japanese close friends to check a few of the restaurants inside the town and this has been one of these. I got tempura, rice and miso soup. I challenged myself to somen, thin whitened noodles, popularduring the summertime a few months in Japan. I has been asked how do they produce meals at par with Japanese locals favorites back. Had we have plenty of time, we would certainly go back to check out their some other menus and perhaps sneak in your kitchen :-). Noticed that Wagyu steak is really a MUST-TRY!!! Missed! We can just speak for ourselves.

The view from the road beckoned us to provide the place a go. Menu isn't that substantial and we opted to simply order probably the most basic--tonkatsu, shoyu ramen, gyoza and ebi tempura. Unfortunately, even we were holding but at greatest par with various other Japanese restosin Cebu. The uncomfortable, hard chairs didn't assist in improving our dining experience

The costs are moderate furthermore the kobe... KG for about $ 200. That's cheap...! We shall come again
